This incident took place in the Katra Kotwali area of Mirzapur, where the police refused to take any action in the matter without a formal complaint. On social media, people are trolling the girl, comparing her to ‘Golu Gupta’ from the Mirzapur web series, mocking her for displaying a similar aggressive attitude. Just like ‘Golu Gupta’ was trolled for her fierce look, this girl too is being ridiculed in a similar manner.
Girl Beats Auto Driver for Asking Fare
A video has been viral since January 13, where a man confronts a woman and her daughter for parking incorrectly. In response, the woman and her daughter start abusing the man, and the video spread quickly on social media.
Along with this, another video has been making waves, where a girl from Mirzapur beats an auto driver mercilessly just for asking for the fare. Following this incident, the police in Mirzapur refused to take any action without receiving a formal complaint. In the video, the girl is seen beating the auto driver, while he repeatedly tries to apologize, calling her “Didi” and begging her to stop.

The video also clearly shows that the girl is accompanied by other girls, who are recording the entire incident. The auto driver, with folded hands, begs the girl to let him go, but she does not listen to any of his pleas. After the video went viral, the Katra Kotwali police registered an FIR against the girl based on a complaint filed by the auto driver and the committee. The girl in the video is reportedly named Priyanshi Pandey, and her Instagram handle is @priyanshi_mzp.
As the video gained traction, a new debate has emerged on social media regarding men’s rights and the mistreatment they face from women. People are comparing this girl to Golu Gupta, mocking her for her tough demeanor, just as Golu from the Mirzapur series was trolled for her aggressive image.
