जब सुषमा स्वराज ने पूरे विश्व के सामने नवाज़ शरीफ को चिनॉय सेठ बना दिया

दुनिया का सबसे बड़े राजनीतिक मंच। संयुक्त राष्ट्र की वार्षिक जनरल असेम्बली का आज अंतिम दिन था। पाकिस्तान के प्रधानमंत्री नवाज़ शरीफ़ 3 दिन पहले ही अपना भाषण दे चुके थे। अपने 19 मिनट के भाषण में नवाज़ शरीफ़ ने कश्मीर, बुरहान वानी के पक्ष में बयान दिया। और भारत के खिलाफ खुलकर जहर उगला।

विदेश मंत्री सुषमा स्वराज जी के संयुक्त राष्ट्र भाषण से पहले ही भारत के प्रधानमंत्री ने सिंधु जल समझौते पर गंभीर रूख करते हुए कहा था कि “खून और पानी साथ-साथ नहीं बह सकते।”

आज भारत की बारी थी क़ि अंतराष्ट्रीय मंच पर पाकिस्तान को भारत की विदेश मंत्री श्रीमती सुषमा स्वराज जी अपने वक्तव्य से मुँहतोड़ जवाब दे।

भारत ने बिल्कुल सटीक जवाब दिया। भारत में कुछ दिन पहले हुए उड़ी हमले के बाद भारत की जनता में पाकिस्तान के खिलाफ़ गुस्से की लहर हैं, ऐसे में पूरा देश ये देखना चाह रहा था क़ि भारत किसी अंतराष्ट्रीय मंच में पाकिस्तान को क्या जवाब देता हैं।

सुषमा स्वराज जी ने उम्मीद के अनुकूल शानदार जवाब दिया और साथ ही कश्मीर पर नवाज़ शरीफ़ के भारत द्वारा “मानवाधिकार के हनन” मुद्दे पर जवाब देते हुए कहा “जिनके घर शीशे के होते हैं, वो दूसरों के घर पत्थर नहीं फेंका करते।”

वापस आते हैं मुद्दे पर, सुषमा जी के संयुक्त राष्ट्र भाषण में राजनीति और कूटनीति का शानदार समावेश था। भाषण हिंदी में था, और हिंदी में होने का मतलब हैं क़ि भारत और पाकिस्तान दोनो देशों की जनता के सीधे दिल तक अपनी बात पहुँचाना।

भाषण में आतंकवाद और उसे शरण देने वाले देश को कड़े जवाब थे। साथ ही उन्होंने बिना परवाह किए बलूचिस्तान का ज़िक्र किया और वहाँ हो रहे नरसंहार का मुद्दा पूरी दुनिया को बताया।

आतंकवाद को सबसे बड़ा मानवाधिकार का हनन बताते हुए सुषमा जी ने कहा क़ि “इन आतंकवादियों को पनाह देने वाले कौन हैं? उनका न कोई अपना बैंक है न कोई हथियार की फैक्ट्री है। तो कौन इन्हें संरक्षण और हथियार देता है?”
साथ ही पाकिस्तान को मोदी जी के शपथ ग्रहण के न्योतें, और प्रधानमंत्री जी के पाकिस्तान जाने पर मित्रता के पहल के बदले पठानकोट, उड़ी और बहादुर अली का ज़िक्र किया। बहादुर अली एक पाकिस्तानी आतंकी हैं जो फ़िलहाल भारत की क़ैद में हैं।
अमेरिका में हुए हमले की बात करते हुए उन्होंने आतंकवाद को खत्म करने के लिए सम्पूर्ण विश्व से इच्छाशक्ति की बात की। कश्मीर की बात करते हुए उन्होंने कहा क़ि “कश्मीर भारत का अभिन्न अंग हैं, और हमेशा रहेगा।”

भारत की पाकिस्तान को दुनिया में अलग-थलग करने की नीति को इस भाषण से अच्छे से समझा जा सकता हैं और ये भाषण विश्व पटल में इस नीति की शानदार शुरुआत हैं।

जिस तरह आक्रामक रूख अपनाते हुए भारत ने पाकिस्तान की आतंकी गतिविधियों को दुनिया के सामने रखा हैं, इससे यह स्पष्ट होता हैं क़ि आने वाले दिनों में भारत पाकिस्तान के लिये अपना नीतियों को नर्म नहीं करेगा।

कश्मीर और पाकिस्तान के अलावा सुषमा जी ने वैश्विक गरीबी, लैंगिक असमानता, जलवायु परिवर्तन के मुद्दे को भी बखूबी उठाया।
भारत के बारे में बात करते हुए उन्होंने “प्रधानमंत्री जन-धन योजना” और “स्वच्छ भारत अभियान” की सफलता की बात की। देश में किस तरह “डिजिटल इंडिया” और “मेक इन इंडिया” जैसे इनोवेटिव प्रोग्राम आगे बढ़ रह हैं उस पर भी उन्होंने भारत की ओर से बात रखी।
