Raids on Manish Sisodia and Satyendra Jain! Predicts Superhero turned Oracle Kejriwal

Kejriwal has sources in BJP who tell him that the PM feels afraid of Kejriwal. Kejriwal supposedly has sources in PMO who inform him when the next set of raids on Manish Sisodia and Satyendra Jain in their Gangotri like pure offices is going to take place. Kejriwal has definitely chosen the wrong career, he would have been better of becoming a spy.

While Kejriwal’s part I antics turned out to be a tactic for taking the narrative away from the progress of the Government in installing 1500000 CCTV Cameras and free Wi-Fi and supporting Chara-Chor in Bihar. Then he had made a mountain of what was not even a molehill even as the CBI found Foreign Exchange and immense unaccounted wealth with two of its officers. This again unprecedented outburst of Kejriwal Sir is a clear tactic to avoid public anger on a poorly and poorly executed Odd Even Car Scheme. The scheme has definitely failed to yield any positive results and was never meant too, the Delhi Government has replicated a scheme which has failed even in those cities where it was originally applied.

The bizarre and unreasonable exemptions made the scheme and its practicality even worse. As a whole the scheme applied only on cars with several exemptions. Given the report of IIT Kanpur according to which cars amount to merely 2 percent pollution such a scheme can only have a negligible impact on Delhi’s Air quality. Though the Media and the Kejriwal Government has declared the impractical scheme to be a success, not much has changed on the ground apart from the Metro becoming more of a nightmare for the daily commuters. Post the scheme, the Delhi Government tried to put in place another weird logic of its own, since the roads are too crowded not getting out of the house only can lead to decongestion. So, tomorrow Kejriwal will say women should not get of their houses for the sake of their own safety. It is entirely the onus of the Government to build world class road infrastructure, confining people in their houses and deserting roads is not a solution to road congestion. The Kejriwal Government in time realized that the public is not going to buy decongestion as a substitute for the scheme’s failure to reduce pollution, thus he resorted to his go to strategy, playing victim.

We put to test Kejriwal’s strategy on the ground of morality and political viability.

Raids on Manish Sisodia and Satyendra Jain: Does it not expose Kejriwal’s Morality?

For starters Kejriwal is obviously lying that he has high level sources in the PMO and the BJP. Even if he is to be believed the fact that he has developed sources in the PMO to know about any future raids on Manish Sisodia and Satendra Jain makes him culpable of corruption and violation of the Official Secrets Act. One just hopes that the former is true.

Kejriwal was one of the few who welcomed the Supreme Court’s order of allowing CBI to investigate State Officers without getting their consent. Then Kejriwal was not in the direct firing line of the CBI but now when the CBI raids have publicly exposed the black money with his handpicked officers, Kejriwal has forgotten his anti-Corruption pitch and has started to play victim. This is bare proof of nothing but sheer hypocrisy of Kejriwal and the AAP.

Political Viability:

One has got to praise Kejriwal’s political shrewdness. He has time and again shifted the narrative entirely from his Government’s failures to his antics. No is asking Kejriwal about his poll promises, no one is asking him what the Government is doing to build a strong Home Guard Force to protect women, no one is asking him about the CCTV Cameras, claim of a clean Yammuna or why he increased MLA’s salary four times when AAP had promised that they will take the minimum of salaries. He has got everyone busy being astonished at his unprecedented jibes at the PM and in manipulating their Car number plates to reach their Offices on time. While the Central Government is accounting for all its failures and successes, Kejriwal Government has successfully evaded all Public and Parliamentary Accountability in a Democratic set up by becoming a piece of sheer entertainment. This in itself is no mean achievement in an urban set up with the most prudent and aware of the electorates.

The tactic of playing victim to avoid public scrutiny from failure to deliver or to cover up for an Odd Even Washout is the only tactic that Kejriwal can employ. The Delhi Government has shown that it is wholly incompetent and uninterested in fulfilling what it promised, how else such a Government can survive without being publicly abused for a period of five years. The only way ahead for Kejriwal then is to dig controversies out of thin air and indulge in confrontational politics. This therefore explains Kejriwal’s incessant desperation to draw personal analogies with the Prime Minister of India.

Conclusion:

Kejriwal is still in the Anna Hazare movement mode in every aspect apart from fighting corruption. He does not realize that he has entered political life and holds a political office. Whether CBI will raid Manish Sisodia and Satyendra Jain or any of his Ministers or not is not a matter of controversy but the matter of controversy is that a publicly elected leader is reluctant of going through a process of law. Kejriwal still wants the liberty that he enjoyed when he used to make all sorts of allegations on others without being counter questioned or being investigated. CBI raids are not a violation of the Principle of Natural Justice or any other principle of law for that matter, if Kejriwal claims that he is clean like anything he should not be afraid of such raids.

The Public also with time would realize that Kejriwal makes all Public hullabaloos just to take away attention from his impossible like Poll Promises. PM Modi, on the other hand has not even publicly taken his name post the Delhi Elections. Thus, by dragging in the PM along with the Central Government in anything and everything, Kejriwal is trying to create an illusionary confrontation from his own end. These antics which might help him in evading public anger in the short run will sure backfire in the long run.
