Explainer: The working model of Bhindrawale 2.0

Chapter 1 from the ISI textbook of hatred: brainwashing and arms training.

Do you know this man? This joke of a creature is Gurpatwant Singh Pannu. This clown was the mascot of Khalistani terror infrastructure for a very long time. This jumping jack kept issuing vile statements so that India will take him and his Khalistani monkeys seriously. Why monkey? They are monkeys, as their favourite terrorising act is to climb walls and keep somersaulting to catch eyeballs. Basically, they asked their masters to throw money at them for carrying out terror acts against Indians.

To end this Khalistani buffoonery, ISI used a trucker for their hateful theology, yes, Amritpal Singh, who is currently a fugitive, escaping arrest and a sedition trial. So, let’s understand the working model of Pakistan’s infamous intelligence agency, ISI. It is working on a disgusting dream, which I assure you, will never come true.

Chapter 1 from the ISI textbook of hatred: brainwashing and arms training

On March 18, central investigating agencies along with the Punjab Police launched a massive operation to nab the ISI agent, who goes by the name Amritpal Singh. Just a year ago, he was brought back from Dubai to head the group ‘Waris Punjab De’. This group was started by the controversial late Punjabi actor Deep Sidhu on September 30, 2021. Within no time, the social-goodness pretext was thrown away by the outfit, and it started making noise in support of Khalistani elements and theology.

The 29-year-old Dubai trucker Amritpal Singh came into contact with this radical group through ‘Clubhouse.’ With his vile commentary, he gained a radical following, which captured the eye of Pakistan’s ISI. As per intelligence reports, ISI then brought him under its watch to completely radicalise Amritpal. Later, ISI brainwashed and trained him in Georgia before sending him back to India.

Reports add that throughout his terror stint, Amritpal Singh maintained close links with the proscribed Sikhs for Justice (SFJ). These intelligence reports confirmed the government’s assessment that Amritpal Singh was involved in a plot by Pakistan’s ISI to revive the long-dead boogeyman of Khalistan in the border state.

An intelligence agency officer explained that the key part of this sinister conspiracy was hatched in Dubai. The official said, “During his stay in Dubai, which is a hub for ISI agents, Amritpal Singh was offered money as part of a well-orchestrated plan to revive militancy in Punjab. He was sent to Georgia for training by ISI before his flight to India”.

The official also stated that Amritpal Singh also had links with SFJ and even campaigned for the latter’s activities on social media. The official further explained that Khalistani terrorist Pannun was the close contact for Amritpal. The SFJ mascot Pannun was designated as a terrorist by the Indian government under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA).

ISI Chapter 2: Arming the Foot Soldier

After completing the brainwashing and training, ISI parachuted its agent, Amritpal Singh, in September 2022. Working on a well-orchestrated plan, Pakistan’s Military Jihad Complex starts working on a war footing. Parallel to Amritpal’s return to India, there was a sudden rise in drone intrusions from Pakistan. These drones had increased their payload and dropped drugs and weapons to arm Amritpal and his accomplices.

Before his India return, Amritpal was seen with short hair. But ISI scripted everything as per Plan Bhindranwale 2.0. Consequently, Amritpal started appearing dressed as Jarnail Singh Bindranwale. Later, on September 29, 2022, Amritpal was made the head of the pro-Khalistani outfit ‘Waris Punjab De’. As per ISI’s playbook, the ceremony was deliberately held at the ancestral village of Bhindranwale.

Furthermore, the intelligence agencies also found out that Amritpal had planned to raise a private militia for this ISI cause. He was running a drug smuggling network in India. In this act, he was aided by known linkages from ISI. He was stockpiling weapons procured from Pakistan in these drug de-addiction centres in Punjab to create his own “private militia”.

Another counter-terrorism officer explained Amritpal’s drugs and weapons related activities. The official stated that Amritpal was getting drugs into India through Jaswant Singh Rode. Jaswant is the brother of drug smuggler Lakhbir Singh Rode who operates his drug racket from Pakistan.

Further, Amritpal was also in touch with Jaswant’s main handler in the UK, Avtar Singh Khanda. The chain goes on as Avtar Singh had close links with Paramjeet Singh Pamma. The official stated that Amritpal had links with drug smugglers across the border identified by their pseudo names – Billa, Bilal and Rana. Amritpal used to drive a Mercedes that was given to him by a drug dealer identified as Ravel Singh.

The first official added that investigations revealed that the drug de-addiction centres run by Waris Punjab De had become centres for building a private militia. The official added that Amritpal Singh’s associates were brainwashing radical thoughts into the inmates. They were later used to create law and order problems whenever Pakistan’s ISI wanted.

The official stated that weapons were being stockpiled at these de-addiction centres. The official explained that they never allowed inmates’ dependence on drugs to go away so that they could dictate to them as per their agenda. For this, Amritpal was buying low-quality, cheap antidotes.

Agencies infromed that the Anandpur Khalsa Fauj (AKF) was created by Amritpal for misappropriating funds in the name of Khalistan. The official added that Amritpal’s uncle Harjit Singh was helping in the misappropriation. Amritpal’s uncle, Harjit, was arrested during this manhunt.

Another official stated that ISI had conspired to revive militancy. For this reason, Amritpal and his AKF were defying government orders on the open display of weapons. Additionally, they were actively brainwashing youth towards a “gun culture”.

According to the official, Amritpal Singh wanted to increase his power in the Malwa region on the anniversary of singer Sidhu Moosewala’s death. He had planned his second Khalsa Waheer tour (to visit villages) from Muktsar Sahib (on March 19) to Damdama Sahib (Baisakhi).

This was the working model of ISI as explained by Indian security and counter-terrorism officials. ISI forgot that Indians have seen through its textbook style of spreading terrorism and its evil designs to hurt India’s sovereignty. No matter how desperately it wants to break India, Indians have time and again foiled their plans. The example for this is the patriotic community in Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, and elsewhere in India and throughout the world. To every Pakistani act of division, Indians stand united to raise glory to the motherland, Jai Hind.
