“If it’s a ‘black law’, why did AAP notify it?” Rubika Liyaquat completely destroys Kejriwal and Sanjay Singh on farm laws

The hypocrisy of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) was laid bare before the nation on Friday as senior party leader Sanjay Singh took to name-calling journalist Rubika Liyaquat when she exposed the duplicity of him and his party on the issue of the three revolutionary farm laws passed by the Indian Parliament in September, in a bid to liberalise the country’s agricultural sector.

On the issue of the farm laws, the Aam Aadmi Party’s rhetoric has been one of flip-flops and U-turns. From vouching to bring in the same reforms when they campaigned for the Punjab polls in 2017 to now Kejriwal tearing the farm laws, AAP has exposed itself for what it truly is.

The main point of contention for all opposition parties is the fact that it is under Prime Minister Narendra Modi that such reforms are being effectuated. Therefore, the desperate frustration of the AAP and Sanjay Singh was single-handedly exposed by Rubika Liyaquat on live television. As the AAP leader took to preaching about the supposed demerits of the three “black laws”, the ABP News anchor while first allowing him a wholesome period time to put forward his opinion, soon began demolishing his lies.

Rubika Liyaquat did not need a variety of points to demolish Sanjay Singh live on television. The journalist, who was called an “agent of Adani” by the AAP leader, took to reminding the man that it was his master’s government in Delhi which was among the first to notify one of the farm laws. On November 23, the AAP government in Delhi notified the Farmers’ Produce Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Ordinance 2020.

By now, Sanjay Singh was incoherently shouting at the top of his voice, attributing malicious agendas as being the core reason for Rubika and ABP News going after him and his ever-so-innocent party. Then, Rubika Liyaquat launched her final offensive, first daring the AAP leader to try and call her channel names, and then, the zooming in on her phone and showing a 2016 tweet of the Aam Aadmi Party.

— AAP (@AamAadmiParty) September 11, 2016

Rubika exposed on live television the hypocrisy of the AAP, which had shamelessly taken a U-turn on the issue of farm reforms. As can be seen in the tweet, the party was itself a vociferous proponent of private investment and participation in Punjab’s agricultural sector. Now, the same party’s chief and Delhi Chief Minister is tearing the farm laws on the floor of the Delhi Assembly. Of course, that his party had promised the same to the people of Punjab has conveniently been ignored.

AAP is not alone in the kitty of opposition parties, making it a life mission to seek the repeal of the said laws. Almost all political parties, barring only perhaps the Communists, had promised in their manifestos the same farm reforms which the Modi government has shown the courage to bring in. To save themselves the embarrassment similar to the one they recently faced at the hands of Rubika Liyaquat on live television, the Aam Aadmi Party shutting up now would be highly appreciated.

Great article at right time to expose the malicious acts of the leftists and this how the journalists should do their home work and expose the lies. 90 percent of today’s journalists lacks the minimal skills needed to be a basic journalist should learn.
