Nightmare for Mumbai Police, Maha govt and Bollywood Mafia begins – SC gives Sushant’s case to CBI

A major victory for Sushant's family!

A move that vindicates the beliefs of millions of Sushant Singh Rajput’s fans and followers, the Supreme Court today announced that the CBI will take over the investigation of the death of the star from Mumbai Police. The same Mumbai Police which has been shockingly exposed for its apathy and callousness while investigating the case.

The Supreme Court on Wednesday also asked the Mumbai Police to hand over all evidence it has collected to the investigating agency and said any other case registered in connection with the actor’s death would also be investigated by the CBI.

Sushant’s father KK Singh had registered an FIR in July against Rhea and her family members for abetment to suicide and misappropriation of funds.

After Mumbai Police’s brazen attempts to sweep the entire investigation under the rug by merely terming it a suicide, a social media campaign was started where the likes of Kangana Ranaut, Ankita Lokhande, Subramaniam Swamy and millions of fans started demanding an unbiased CBI investigation.

This was also a victory for Bihar in its tussle with Maharashtra as the SC in its decision said the FIR registered in Patna based on a complaint filed by Sushant’s father was correct and Bihar was competent to ask the CBI to investigate the case.

Rhea Chakraborty-Mahesh Bhatt and the unholy nexus of Bollywood mafias

Rhea Chakraborty, the ex-girlfriend of Sushant and one of the prime suspects in Bihar Police FIR had demanded a CBI inquiry, one month after the death of the Patna-born actor. However, after being named in the FIR, Charakaborty flipped 180-degree on her stance and started fighting tooth and nail from letting the investigation pass onto CBI.

Interestingly, Rhea is being represented by Satish Maneshinde who in the past has represented the likes of Sanjay Dutt and Salman Khan for the 1993 Bomb Blasts and the Blackbuck poaching case respectively.

Some media reports have suggested that it was at the behest of Salman Khan that Maneshinde–one of the most expensive lawyers of the country took to the task of defending Rhea.

Despite having a top lawyer in her corner, the Bollywood actress tried to play dirty when yesterday she accused Sushant’s sister Priyanka of groping her. Rhea did not provide any evidence to back her claims, yet she made a last-ditch attempt to sway the jury with her nonsensical claims.

Rhea has found herself in murky waters as just after the death of Sushant, Bollywood director Mahesh Bhatt had started a well-orchestrated campaign to dub the Patna-born actor as a mentally unstable loon.

Interestingly, salacious pictures of Rhea and Mahesh Bhatt also went viral at the time with some media outlets reporting that Bhatt and Rhea were in a secret-relationship.

Aaditya Thackeray in Bihar Police’s FIR

Calling the ‘investigation’ into Sushant Singh Rajput’s death, by Mumbai Police, a ‘facade’, Maninder Singh, Senior Advocate appearing on behalf of the Bihar government and the state’s police had earlier stated that a load of political pressure on the Maharashtra Police was preventing them from even registering an FIR in the case.

The Bihar government, through their counsel in the Supreme Court, had also made it known that they very much suspected the Maharashtra Chief Minister’s son – Aaditya Thackeray to have been involved in the case.

Maninder Singh: Regarding the Bihar CM playing a role, there is also mention of Maharashtra CM's son and his involvement in the case. There is a huge political clout pressuring police not to register a FIR

Shiv Sena tried to admonish Sushant Singh Rajput father

After Aaditya Thackeray’s name started swirling in the Police reports, Shiv Sena went on the offensive and tried to character assassinate Sushant, his father, and his family.

In the party’s mouthpiece – Saamana, Rajya Sabha MP–the erstwhile nationalistic party’s intellectual ideologue and self-claimed ‘political strategist’ – Sanjay Raut wrote a moronic editorial piece and questioned Sushant’s father second marriage.

Sanjay Raut displaying his utter shamelessness passed judgements in temerity about how in his mind, the father-son due, i.e., KK Singh and Sushant Singh did not share a cordial relation.

“His father’s second marriage was not acceptable to him. Let the facts come out as to how many times Rajput visited his family in Patna,” a maniacal Raut said.

Raut did not stop here, true to his hatred for the North Indians and Biharis, the leader attempted to ‘remind’ people of how Mumbai gave Sushant Singh Rajput all the success that he had come to enjoy, and how Bihar had no role to play in his journey.

“Bihar government should not have interfered in the matter of Sushant Singh Rajput. Over the last few years, Sushant was a Mumbaikar. Mumbai gave him prosperity and Bihar didn’t stand by him during his struggle,” Raut said.

Bihar Police extended no cooperation

A four-member team that was dispatched from Patna by the Bihar Police to further investigate the allegations made by Sushant’s father and family in an FIR got a lot of resistance from the Mumbai Police. They were not even offered vehicles to conduct a hassle-free investigation and had to navigate the streets of Mumbai in dilapidated autos and taxis.

Bihar police are trying to say something but Mumbai police are forcibly removing him

Why Mumbai Police is not co-operating with Bihar Police

Then are they (mumbai police)trying to hide any evidence? Why aren't they being told?

— Minakshi Pal (@TheMinakshiPal) August 1, 2020

Bihar-cadre Indian Police Service (IPS) officer Vinay Tiwari, who was in Mumbai to investigate Sushant’s death was forced into a mandatory 14-day quarantine period by the BMC, apparently at the behest of Shiv Sena.

The Bollywood mafia loving media

Journalists like Rajdeep Sardesai, Shekhar Gupta, and the entire coterie of Bollywood-mafia loving journalists tried their level-best to sweep aside the entire case by calling it a figment of public’s imagination.

Rajdeep Sardesai, while speaking to Lallantop, said that the 34-year old was not such a big actor anyway for which the Mumbai Police should have been put under so much pressure.

“Who is that VIP pressurizing the police forces to carry out investigations?” probed Rajdeep Sardesai, which in itself was a big statement against Mumbai Police.

Rajdeep who repeatedly tried to paint himself as an angel for upholding journalistic ethics by not participating in the so-called ‘media-trials’ of the case was taken to the cleaners by Sushant’s lawyer.

HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA pic.twitter.com/8S9eXZrtBy

— Gabbar (@GabbbarSingh) August 18, 2020

ThePrint went a notch ahead and vilified the Biharis for festering a toxic culture in their households which might have pushed the Shrawan Kumar i.e Sushant to take the drastic step.

Despite all the bottlenecks from the Mumbai Police, Bollywood mafias, and the Maharashtra government–the incessant campaign to deliver justice to Sushant Singh Rajput and his family has finally seen a glimmer of hope.

Despite all the powerful conspirators, the case has landed with the CBI and there is a belief that the nexus of politicians and Bollywood stars who were behind this entire episode will be exposed and put behind the bars.
