Drunk, Half-Naked MNS Leader’s Son Rahil Shaikh Rams Into Marathi Woman’s Car, Hurls Abuses in Marathi

Influencer Rajshree More shares shocking video of MNS leader’s son Rahil Shaikh threatening and abusing her in Marathi after allegedly ramming her car in a drunken, half-naked state; calls incident politically motivated

In a disturbing incident that blends road rage, political entitlement, and digital-age accountability, popular social media influencer Rajshree More has accused Rahil Javed Shaikh, son of a Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) leader, of crashing into her car in a drunken state and later threatening her using his father’s political clout. The incident occurred late Sunday night in Mumbai’s busy Andheri suburb and has since triggered widespread public outrage after videos surfaced online showing Rahil shirtless, aggressive, and using foul language in Marathi to intimidate her.

The Incident: A Night of Chaos in Andheri

The altercation took place late Sunday night in Andheri, where Rahil Javed Shaikh, reportedly under the influence of alcohol, rammed his vehicle into the car of Rajshree More. The incident soon escalated as Rahil, shirtless and visibly intoxicated, confronted Rajshree on the street in front of bystanders and police officers.

Abuse Caught on Camera: “I’m Javed Shaikh’s Son!”

In a video uploaded by Rajshree to her Instagram account, Rahil can be seen and heard using foul language in Marathi and issuing blatant threats. “Bhod paishe ghe” (Take the f*ing money) and ‘Go and tell the cops I am Javed Shaikh’s son, then you’ll see what happens,’ he shouted, while aggressively gesturing at her. He also appeared to argue with police officers who had arrived at the scene, trying to leverage his father’s political clout to escape accountability.

The Language Controversy That Sparked Backlash

This confrontation comes on the heels of a recent controversy involving Rajshree herself. In a now-deleted video, the influencer criticized the imposition of the Marathi language in Maharashtra. She argued that instead of focusing on linguistic pride, locals should work harder and recognize the contribution of migrant workers to Mumbai’s economy. The video quickly went viral and drew sharp criticism from MNS members, especially the party’s Versova unit.

Retaliation or Coincidence? Timeline of Escalation

Following the viral video, MNS workers filed a complaint against Rajshree at the Oshiwara police station. She apologized publicly and removed the content, but according to her, the targeting continued. Online abuse intensified, and she believes that the car crash incident is a direct consequence of her stance on the language debate. “They wanted to teach me a lesson,” she claimed in another post.

FIR Filed, But No Arrest: Police Response Under Scrutiny

Despite clear video evidence of verbal abuse and public threats, Mumbai Police officials confirmed that Rahil Javed Shaikh was not detained. Instead, he was issued a formal notice and released. However, his vehicle has been seized for further investigation. A senior police officer stated, “We are reviewing the CCTV footage, witness statements, and all digital content submitted by the complainant. Appropriate legal action will follow.”

A City Watches Closely: Growing Concern Over Political Privilege

The incident has touched a nerve in Mumbai, a city that has long balanced its identity between cosmopolitanism and regional pride. Civic activists, legal experts, and public figures have raised concerns about the selective enforcement of the law and the unchecked power of politically connected individuals.

‘This is a textbook example of why citizens lose faith in institutions,’ said human rights lawyer Karuna Mishra. ‘There’s video evidence, a public complaint, a pattern of intimidation, and yet no arrest. The question isn’t just whether justice will be done. It’s whether justice even bothers to show up when political power is involved.’

As the investigation continues, and calls for accountability grow louder, all eyes are now on Mumbai Police and the state administration to ensure that this case doesn’t become yet another example of influence overriding justice.

As police investigations continue, the city and the nation are watching closely to see if justice will be served, or if power will once again overshadow the law.
