Bisleri has not said yes to the deal, but has given a statement that it likes Tata and the talks are in the final stages. This deal can be of 6 to 7,000 crores. There will be no change in the management of Bisleri after the deal. The board management will remain the same for two years.

Tata Consumer Products is a quality stock. Global brokerage Morgan Stanley has maintained ‘Overweight’ rating on Tata Consumer. Along with this, the target has also been increased from Rs.888 to Rs.904. If we look at the returns of Tata Consumer in the last 4 years, then the stock has given a return of more than 250%.
