What happens behind closed doors should remain behind closed doors. We are nobody to judge anyone’s personal choices, behaviour or cast aspersions on someone’s character. But certain individuals, with their continuous insane ranting, give an indication that such Himalayan level stupidity may be a result of being intoxicated on substances, arrogance, or even power.

Evidently, Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia seems to have lost his sanity. He is blurting out anything before giving it a second thought.

AAP invokes freedom fighters to save its corrupt and criminal leaders

Aam Aadmi Party rose to political prominence as a crusader against corruption. But within a decade of its formation, it is turning out to be the most corrupt and power-hungry political party in the country. Several of its leaders are behind bars on serious charges of corruption, while its Cabinet is full of tainted ministers. Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia and Transport Minister Kailash Gahlot have been caught in the storm of the notorious Excise and Bus scam.

Recently, the CBI officers quizzed Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia in connection with the alleged Liquor Scam. After coming out from the agency office, the AAP leader alleged the CBI of running Operation Lotus. He insinuated that CBI officers are working as agents of BJP. He claimed that the agency officers pressured him to leave AAP. Apart from giving a clean chit to himself, he claimed that cases against Satyendra Jain are false and frivolous.

He said, “Today I saw in the CBI office that there’s no issue of any scam (excise policy case). The whole case is fake. I understood all that in the 9 hour-questioning today. The case isn’t to probe any scam against me, but to make Operation Lotus successful in Delhi”.

Further, he claimed that the agency advised him to join BJP as they could make him CM of the state.

CBI strongly refutes the political charge

CBI issued a statement to refute the obnoxious claim of AAP Minister Sisodia. The statement read, “CBI strongly refutes these allegations and reiterates that examination of Shri Sisodia was carried out in a professional and legal manner strictly as per the allegations against him in the FIR. The investigation of the case will continue as per law”.

To defend its party leader, AAP National Convenor and Delhi CM compared his tainted colleagues and party leaders to legendary freedom fighter Bhagat Singh.

जेल की सलाख़ें और फाँसी का फंदा भगत सिंह के बुलंद इरादों को डिगा नहीं पाये

ये आज़ादी की दूसरी लड़ाई है।मनीष और सत्येंद्र आज के भगत सिंह है

— Arvind Kejriwal (@ArvindKejriwal) October 16, 2022

Interestingly, the party had earlier called their leader, Manish Sisodia, as descendant of Maharana Pratap. However, this shameless comparison was quickly called out. Bhagat Singh’s family members slammed AAP leaders for making an ‘insulting’ comparison between Manish Sisodia and freedom fighter Bhagat Singh. His family members also demanded that Arvind Kejriwal should withdraw his political statement and should not demean freedom fighters.

BJP leader Kapil Mishra lambasted Deputy CM Manish Sisodia for making baseless allegations against officers of the Central agency. He challenged Deputy CM Sisodia to apologise for these remarks or accept to undergo a lie detector test.

#WATCH | BJP leader Kapil Mishra says, "…a man (Manish Sisodia) comes out after interrogation&gives false statements about officers of top central agencies…I challenge him to either apologise or face media by 5 pm today & say he's ready for a lie detector test & Narco test.." pic.twitter.com/GlB9Swdunh

These reprehensible statements and allegations against the Central agency make it look as if the main accused of the Liquor scam has fallen prey to intoxication of the stock he may have piled up from the alleged scam.
