They live by the sword, they die by it. That is the hallmark of every authoritarian ever born. Hitler, Mussolni, Stalin and many other extremists died under mysterious circumstances. Xi Jinping, their alternate ego also seems to be facing a similar end. Though, he is not dead, but certainly news of Coup leading to his house arrest are abuzz on social media.
Jinping is missing after SCO
Chinese President Xi Jinping is missing. Yes, after returning from the SCO Summit in Samarkand, there has been no trace of Jinping. The man is said to have been arrested by the Chinese military from the airport itself. What is adding fuel to fire is how Jinping behaved throughout the Summit. The man is said to be mentally absent during the summit where world leaders like PM Modi and Vladimir Putin were present.
He didn’t give any memorable speech at the inauguration of the summit, nor did he meet Vladimir Putin, Narendra Modi, or any other major leader of the group on the sidelines of the summit. Furthermore, he didn’t have an informal dinner with his bonhomie Putin due to “COVID-19 concerns’ ‘. It was later discovered that Xi had left for Beijing before the official winding up of the SCO Summit.

Senior party members against Jinping
Probably, Jinping was too worried about what was unfolding at home. Even when he was there in Beijing, the CCP was going through an upheaval. Jinping’s anti-corruption drive is the main reason behind it. Last week, two of the former ministers in the CCP cabinet were sentenced to death as part of Xi’s zeal to eliminate corruptionists. Reports indicate that they are part of an anti-Jinping faction in the CCP.
The death sentence is believed to be the tipping point for senior CCP leaders. These leaders include Song Ping, 105 year eldest member of the CCP. According to News Highlander Vision, Ping is believed to be brought out of hibernation by former Chinese President, Hu Jintao and former Chinese Premier, Wen Jiabao. With the blessings of Pong, both these leaders are believed to have taken control of the Central Guarads Bureau (CGB).
Military General replaced Jinping?
CGB provides close personal protection to the politburo members of the Chinese Communist Party. It also provides its services to Jinping. As CGB was under the grip of a senior ant-Jinping faction of the party, Jiang Zeng and other central members of the CCP are said to have conveyed the message via Telephone. From there, Jinping’s authority as the Supreme Commander of the Chinese Armed Forces is said to have been seized.

Jinping saw it coming on September 8th. On that day, the reform meeting of the finalizing committee was chaired by two vice-chairmen. Apparently, the need for vice-chairmen arrived because the main chairman was removed from the party. He is loyal to Jinping. Furthermore, Commander Li Qiaoming sat in the middle of the first row under the stage to participate in the meeting. Qiaoming seems to be aware of ant-Jinping sentiments dominating the polity.
Traffic data corroborates with theory
Qiamong is an extremely powerful person in China. Videos posted by Chinese nationals on social media indicate that a large 80km convoy entered Beijing and closed all possible exits of the city. PLA is also reported to be blocking the highway and cracking down on civil dissent. Moreover, more than 9,000 domestic flights were cancelled all across China, 6,000 of them were from Beijing. Also, all tickets sold by the high-speed rail are suspended, and the rail is completely put out of function until further notice.

No official words
It’s been 2 days since the first word about Jinping’s exit appeared on the Internet and there has been no official word from the CCP. Not even Global Times, the CCP mouthpiece, which is expert in busting the so-called propaganda against CCP, has written anything on it. Given the fact that Jinping is facing an election within a few weeks, quashing the rumours should have been first priority for the propaganda portals of CCP.
No official words only indicate that something is fishy in the CCP. Prima facie, Jinping seems to have lost the trust of the CCP itself.
