Pradeep’s father even sold his village’s ancestral land in order to cover the costs of studying, traveling to Delhi, and other minor expenses. On the basis of the merit list, Pradeep was shortlisted to become an IRS officer after passing the UPSC Civil Services Exam 2018 on his first attempt.
But Pradeep’s goal of becoming an IAS officer remained steady, so he again took the UPSC Civil Service Exam in 2019 and passed it, earning an All-India Rank 26 and becoming an IAS officer at the young age of 23.

Pradeep attended school in Indore and graduated from IIPS DAVV College with a B. Com (Hons.) degree. Pradeep comes from a middle-class household; his mother is a stay-at-home mom and his father works at a gas station. The older brother of Pradeep works for a private company.
Soon after graduating, Pradeep made the decision to sit for the UPSC Civil Exams, however, due to restricted resources, Pradeep used to think that coming to Delhi for coaching was out of the question. But Pradeep’s father, who was a kind and encouraging man, had faith in his son and sold their home to pay for Pradeep to attend college in Delhi.
