Misinformation, propaganda, and manufacturing theories are the toolkits of slanderous Islamo-leftist groups. They will first propagate illusionary theories of division and mix them with their misinterpreted & distorted version of fact to validate them according to their convenience. It is a coordinated, institutionalized, and deliberated information war and it is not that this is a modern phenomenon; we have been facing this for centuries. But now the time has come to burst their every propaganda and expose their malicious intention to divide us.
The Coordinated Propaganda
On 28 May 2022, a report was published in The New Indian Express with the headline ‘Culture Ministry to Study Racial Purity of Indians’. The report claimed that “the ministry of culture is in the process of acquiring an array of DNA profiling kits and associated state-of-the-art machines for establishing the genetic history and tracing the purity of races in India”.
Further, quoting the well-known archaeologist Professor Vasant S Shinde, the report claimed that “we want to see how mutation and mixing of genes in the Indian population have happened in the last 10,000 years. You may even say that this will be an effort to trace the purity of races in India”.
Following this congress leader Rahul Gandhi shared the report and said that “the last time a country had a culture ministry studying racial purity, it didn’t end well. India wants job security & economic prosperity, not racial purity, Prime Minister”.

His statement that ‘the last time a country had a culture ministry study racial purity’ was directed in reference to Hitler’s ministry & his racial bigotry between Nazis & Jews. His comparison of democratically elected populous leader PM Modi to Hitler is a coordinated & deliberated attempt to malign not only his image but composite segregation & branding of all of the people who admire his leadership & support him as bigots. The timely rebuke and exposing such slanderous propaganda becomes important to not only save the indoctrination of the mind but also to not let any decisive propaganda divide us.

Shredding the propaganda with facts
The Ministry of Culture tore apart the coordinated & misleading report and termed it “misleading, mischievous and contrary to facts”. Further clarifying the project ministry said “Culture Ministry has received a proposal from Anthropological Survey of India (ANSI) for upgrading existing DNA lab in Kolkata to next-generation sequencing facilities for certain on-going projects. The proposal is in no way related to establishing genetic history and tracing the purity of races in India as is being alluded to in the article”. The proposal is presently being examined on merits, the ministry added.
Moreover, bursting the false & misleading reporting on the scientific project, Niraj Rai, a scientist at Birbal Sahni Institute of Palaeosciences, Government of India expressing upset over the mischievous article said that “DNA research has great potential for improving our understanding of human health and history and should not be used to support discriminatory ideas”.

Further exposing the opportunist and vulture politician Rahul Gandhi said “Racial Purity is not a thing and race is not a biologically supported context. It has been a tool for politicians to propagate racism and should not be conflated with genetic ancestry”.

It was deliberate coordinated propaganda that has been burst not only by the ministry but also by the scientist who is leading such gene profiling studies in India. Gene profiling is very important in modern scientific development as it is extremely important to establish biological relationships, investigate crime, and determine parentage. Further, it also helps in fighting the transfer of the intergenerational diseases and saves the following generation from inheriting the genetic diseases.
The purpose of such study in the modern age is purely scientific and race has a political connotation. Terming the scientific project, an attempt to study racial purity is purely political. It is not an error in understanding the fact, it is a deliberate advancement of dividing propaganda of left-Islamist groups. There are various similar propaganda theories of such groups in the past to create a sense of separate identity among people on the line of language, culture, caste, region, religion, or race. It is an attempt to divide Bharat on sectarian ground and create a conducive environment for political gain. It is a war, information is one of the weapons of such war to divide Bharat. It must be countered with facts and original sources to maintain the unity & integrity of Bharat.
