‘Nahin Dhamkana Tha’: Loudmouth SP MLA pays the price as Yogi administration demolishes his illegal petrol pump

Out of utter stupidity, suicidal tendency or plain vitriol, SP leader and MLA Shazil Islam Ansari gave a dire threat to CM Yogi Adityanath. The consciences served to remind him of an old but valuable lesson. Those who live in glass houses should not throw stones at others.

Vitriolic SP MLAs

The Samajwadi Party leader and Bhojipura MLA Shazil Islam Ansari in a crowded gathering gave a vitriolic statement against the sitting UP CM Yogi Adityanath. The video clip of that has been making rounds on social media in which he can be heard lionizing Akhilesh Yadav and threatening CM Yogi to not utter a word otherwise for his every word, bullets will be fired. “Agar uske (CM Yogi) muh se bhi awaaj niklegi to hamari bhi banduko se dhua nhi niklega, goli niklegi. (If a voice comes out of his mouth, our guns will not emit smoke but fire bullets)”

The spiteful MLA had been booked by the Police and FIR has been registered on the complaint of Hindu Yuva Vahini. The charges levelled against the rancorous MLA include disturbing peace and making threatening and provocative statements with the intent to incite riots. The usual denial has come from the MLA Shazil Islam Ansari that his words have been twisted and doctored.

In a separate case involving him, the Bareilly Development Authority has taken action against his petrol pump that was built without ‘necessary permits’ and ‘map clearance’. The Petrol Pump has been “Bulldozed” and the petrol filling machines have been sealed. The authority officers cleared that he had been previously served notice way back in the year 2020 for his petrol pump’s illegalities and was given ample time for his response. The netizens and many political analysts are linking these separate cases, and many are cheering the action against such venomous politicians.

strict orders of Chief Minister @myogiadityanath, rapid action being taken & bulldozers are continuing in every district.

Election Phase

The SP leaders during the election time spew venom against the authorities and the general public. The Mau Sadar candidate and now MLA Abbas Ansari had threatened the authorities that transfer or postings will be done only after “Hisab Kitab” has been taken. The tone and intention of many of these speeches were good enough to show that vengeance, vitriolic speeches, and a post-poll Bengal scenario could have emerged in UP had the ‘Gunda party’ won the election.

#WATCH | I've told SP chief Akhilesh Yadav that no transfers or postings will happen for 6 months as 'hisab kitab' will happen with them first and only then their transfer certificates will be stamped: Abbas Ansari, SP alliance candidate from Mau seat, Uttar Pradesh (03.03.2022) pic.twitter.com/NQ9farLMov

Not just the leader or MLA, ordinary supporters of the party had begun threatening the authorities, a video became viral in which a Sambhal resident was threatening the Cop that after the election ‘either the cop will remain in Sambhal or he will’.  The Spine Chilling threats continued unabated but the SP Chief paid no head to it, the incumbent CM Yogi had to say that I have noticed some ‘Venoms Snake’ has come out from their pits and after returning he will take off the heat (Garmi Shant Kar Denge) and make Icy cool atmosphere (like Shimla) even in May-June.

Yogi 2.0: Kanoon ka Raj not Gunda Raj

These leaders, MLA, and supporters of the Gunda party should not forget that this is not UP pre-2017, this is a reformed law and order state where all the criminals plead for their lives and surrender voluntarily. This is not Akhilesh’s Gunda Raj when an accused of virtually every case, Raja Bhaiya could be made Jail Minister or where Azam Khan would run the state on his whims and fancies. The ‘Kanoon ka Raj’ in UP has been stamped by the people of the most populous state. They have given a thumping victory to the Saffron party led by the Monk “Bulldozer Baba”.

Though the netizens are linking both the cases involving MLA Shazil Islam Ansari and his illegal petrol pump has been razed to the ground by the authorities, the other cases should continue rapidly as they should. But the MLA should not be allowed to go scot-free in this case and should be punished for vitiating the peace of the state with his vitriolic statements in such a way that no one in the near future tries to harm the social fabric of the society.

I fully endorse this operation Clean by UP CM Yogi Adityanath. This operation Clean must continue until all criminals, thugs, Gundas in the country are brought to justice.
