Liberal posteriors on fire after Umar Khalid denied bail yet again

Remember the so-called activist from JNU, Umar Khalid who was denied bail by a Delhi court on Thursday? The former JNU student turned anarchist Umar Khalid was denied bail in an Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) case registered against him in connection with the Delhi Riots of February 2020. One of the masterminds in Delhi riots, Khalid’s bail has become “primary concern” for the liberals and thus, they are suffering from a major heartbreak as he has been denied bail yet again.

Why Umar Khalid has been denied bail?

As reported extensively by TFI, Umar Khalid was arrested by the Delhi Police as a conspirator in the anti-Hindu riots which broke out in northeast Delhi in 2020, the bulk of which was orchestrated by former AAP councillor Tahir Hussain, Khalid Saifi, and others.

As per various reports, and according to Tahir Hussain’s admission, Umar Khalid was the brain and brawns behind the planning and timing of the riots. He was also responsible for making the riots coincide with the US President Donald Trump’s first state visit to India, apart from inciting mobs distantly.

Moreover, Trideep Pais, appearing for Umar Khalid presented a weak defence for his client. Pais argued that the whole charge sheet issued by Delhi Police in FIR 59/2020 was fictitious and the evidence against Khalid was based on video excerpts shown on the television channels.

Liberals’ delicious meltdown

Since Umar Khalid is a monster created by liberal cabal, it was obvious for the left cabal to express their resentment over the court’s decision. Thus, their meltdown after the court refused to accept the bail plea did not come as a surprise.Read more: Umar Khalid – How Indian left-liberals and media created a monster

TMC leader Saket Gokhale, who supposedly lacks sensitivity towards the issue, jumped into the bandwagon to defend Khalid. He argued, “The rejection of Umar Khalid’s bail application is a glaring example of how “innocent until proven guilty” means absolutely nothing. Umar is a political prisoner denied his fundamental rights. Not protecting his rights is a clear abdication by judiciary of its responsibility.”

Umar is a political prisoner denied his fundamental rights.

Not protecting his rights is a clear abdication by judiciary of its responsibility.

He also tweeted, “While we protest & fight several issues in the country, Umar MUST NOT BE FORGOTTEN! Every day that he spends in jail is a black mark on Indian democracy. Fighting for the Constitution also means fighting for those who are being denied their rights & being persecuted.”

Political analyst Muzzammil Imam also stated that the real culprits are never caught, but the innocents get punished by the courts.

#UmarKhalid #SharjeelImam #ReleaseAllPoliticalPrisoners

The Wire journalist Kaushik Raj referred to Yati Narsinghanand and others alleging that they were roaming free after making allegedly inflammatory speeches. He took to twitter to vent out his anger and stated, “Yati Narsinghanand, Anand Swaroop, Prabodhanand, Annapurna gave a call for genocide of Muslims in Haridwar Dharm Sansad. Only Yati was briefly arrested, granted bail within a month. Nobody else even touched by law. Umar Khalid who protested against CAA-NRC has been denied bail.”

— Kaushik Raj (@kaushikrj6) March 24, 2022

Despite being a journalist, Kaushik probably is not aware of Khalid’s key role in anti-Hindu riots. Kaushik immediately needs a reality check and go through some facts and evidences against Khalid.

Meanwhile, Aatish Taseer, whose OCI card was revoked by the Indian Government, also stated, “The day after Bhagat Singh’s death anniversary, to honour those societies that do NOT demand martyrdom and sacrifice, those that allow you to live (rather than die) for your country, and that do not fetishize the terrible suffering Umar Khalid has had to endure.”

Wow. Important — the day after Bhagat Singh’s death anniversary— to honour those societies that do NOT demand martyrdom and sacrifice, those that allow you to live (rather than die) for your country, and that do not fetishise the terrible suffering Umar Khalid has had to endure. https://t.co/JqQjWDSoue

— Aatish Taseer (@AatishTaseer) March 24, 2022

In case you are not aware, Aatish Taseer, a writer by profession, earned his living by presenting a certain type of picture of India to the international audience and spoke about the authority just because he was an OCI cardholder.

Wait what, how dare you think that the meltdown is complete without mentioning Rana Ayyub in the list. Yes, the so-called journalist has also tweeted in the matter. She wrote, “There is no greater tyranny than that which is perpetrated under the shield of the law and in the name of justice.”

— Rana Ayyub (@RanaAyyub) March 24, 2022

Does not matter how much the liberals disparage the judiciary of the nation, the latter’s decision to refuse bail to Khalid is an exemplary decision and a tight slap in the faces of those who believe that anti-Indians will be rewarded in the country.
