In what can easily be called active resistance to soft encroachment tactics by Islamists, Gurgaon villagers are now out in the open to oppose Namazis holding their daily lives on halt. The villagers have clearly warned Islamists against any attempt of illegally occupying public places.
Youths resist Namazis’ stealth Land-Jihad
In sector 37 of Gurgaon, around 15-20 people were furious over their playground held hostage by Islamists to offer their daily prayers. On the auspicious day of Guru Parv, some youths gathered in the morning to play cricket on the ground located in Khandsa village of the sector. The ground is located just in front of Sector-37 police station.
However, within a few hours, people from the Muslim community started to gather on the ground. They were there with their mats, water bottles, food, and all the other arrangements needed to stay in the ground for the whole day. Slowly, their numbers crossed a thousand, and they started to interrupt those who were already present. When it was time for Namaz, they laid their mats on the ground and started offeringNamaz.
This became a tipping point for the youths, who were already compromising a lot to accommodate Islamists on the ground. Soon, the youths started to protest against them and a verbal scuffle was turning into a potential physical fight. Luckily, the Sector-37 police reached the spot and calmed both Islamists and youths. Astonishingly, police were earlier trying to pacify only the Hindu Youth by telling them that they should allow Namazis to hold their prayers while they could look for some other spot to play. Soon, sector-10 police also arrived there and both forces asked Islamists to vacant the public place and offer their Namaz somewhere else.
Namazis had earlier threatened small children
Talking to a local news channel, the protesting youth said that a few weeks ago the same Namazis had disturbed the children playing cricket in the field. When opposed, Islamists had threatened the children of severe consequences.
Sachin Yadav, a local resident and one of the youths perturbed by Islamists said, “Today, we were relaxed and wanted to enjoy Holiday. So, we were playing cricket in the morning. They (Islamists) started gathering around 12PM and soon they turned into a mob of 1000. As they started offering Namaz, we felt troubled. Since they have their rooms, Masjid and everything to offer Namaz, they should be doing it there only. Currently, we have only one place where we can play and we will not allow any disturbance to our game”
Gurgaon and its recent tumultuous relationship with illegal Namazis
Recently, Gurgaon has become a hotspot for Namazis. They have been disturbing the daily lives of the citizens left, right, and center. Considering the safety aspect, a group of residents, with most of them belonging to the senior citizen category, protested against them for offering Namaz in a public place. Later Gurgaon police asked them to shift their prayers to a site around 200 meters from the original spot.

After this, the government did remove permissions to offer Namaz on 8 out of 37 sites, but later it also deployed security personnel to protect Namazis.
The government’s mixed response did not deter Hindus as they went on to do Govardhan pooja at a Namaz site. On Friday, 5th of October 2021, Samyukt Hindu Sangharsh Samiti decided to organise holy Govardhan Pooja on sector 12A road in Gurugram.

Sensing that the police are not particularly supporting Hindus, some activists spread cow dung cakes on the ground at Gurugram’s Sector 12A, which prevented the Muslims from offering their Friday prayers there. Mahaveer, a resident of Sector 12A, who was one of the protesters who prevented the conduct of Namaz on Friday said, “There is no question of us now allowing Namaz to be offered over here. We are not against religion but we are against the inconveniences that are being caused to people at large. Not only in Sector 12-A but our objective is to stop offering public Namaz in all public spaces of Gurugram.”

The Islamists active in the country should start to realise that hijacking Sanatani morality and using it against them is not going to work anymore. Their minority status and its privileges should be used judiciously and should not embark on disturbing others’ lives. The awakened Hindus will not allow minority privilege to turn into a minority tyranny.
