The late star Charu Rohatgi was a film and television actress, originally from India and works exclusively in the Bollywood film and entertainment industry. She has worked in various movies and serials, but mainly known for her role played in the movie called “Ishaqzaade” in which she worked alongside Parineeti Chopra and Arjun Kapoor. Charu Rohatgi played the role of Parineeti Chopra’s mother in the film.
Charu Rohatgi’s death:
She died on January 15, 2018, Mumbai, India, due to a heart attack at the age of 48. While sources confirmed that she died due to stress. She went into cardiac arrest on Monday morning after taking her last breath. Parineeti Chopra, who played Charu’s daughter Ishaqzaade in the television and film industry, sent her condolences on Twitter. Arjun Kapoor, who made his acting debut in Ishaqzaade, also tweeted his condolences on Twitter. Charu Ji’s funeral was held at Shiv Dham in Mumbai’s Goregaon East on January 16, 2018.

Her professional and personal life
She was a successful Indian actress and worked in various movies and series. She was in one of the most popular roles in the movie “Ishaqzaade” in which she played the role of Parineeti’s mother. The actress herself belongs to a Hindu family and she grew up in Calcutta. While her first movie was “Patiala House” in which Charu Rohatgi worked alongside Akshay Kumar.
