The internet was flooded with visuals late yesterday of First Secretary of India’s Mission to United Nations, Mijito Vinito staging a bold walkout of the high-level meeting hall of the United Nations as soon as visuals of Imran Khan appeared on the large display screen within the hall and the dummy head of the Islamic State began his diatribe against India. By rough estimates, Imran Khan, who has been installed as Prime Minister by Pakistan ‘s military, mentioned India 20 times in his speech, while the word ‘Kashmir’ could be heard 18 times.
However, India walking out during the vicious leader’s speech is not the real news. When India returned to the General Assembly, and First Secretary Mijito Vinito began giving his right to reply to Imran Khan’s incessant lies and propaganda, Pakistan was left short of corners to dig its face in, owing to the unprecedented offensive which India mounted against the Islamic Republic at the UNGA. “Leader of Pakistan today called for those who incite hate and violence to be outlawed. But, as he went on, we were left wondering, was he referring to himself?” India asked while taking a dig at Imran Khan.

“The same leader who spewed venom today admitted in 2019 in public in the US that his country still has about 30,000-40,000 terrorists who have been trained by Pakistan and have fought in Afghanistan and in Indian Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir…This Hall heard incessant rant of someone who had nothing to show for himself, who had no achievements to speak of, and no reasonable suggestion to offer to the world,” Mijito Vinito said as he took Pakistan to the cleaners.
On the issue of Kashmir, India made its position categorically clear, and told the international community, “Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir is an integral & inalienable part of India. The only dispute left in Kashmir relates to that part of Kashmir that’s still under illegal occupation of Pakistan.”
The Indian diplomat also thrashed Pakistan, and cited how the terror-sponsoring nation has been providing pensions for listed terrorists from State funds, while also reminding the global community that Pakistan has the dubious distinction of hosting the largest number of terrorists proscribed by the United Nations. Further, India also recalled how Imran Khan had, in Pakistan’s sham of a parliament, referred to Osama Bin Laden as a ‘martyr’. “The only crowning glory that this country has to show to the world for the last 70 years is terrorism, ethnic cleansing, majoritarian fundamentalism, and clandestine nuclear trade,” India, in its right to reply, said.
Earlier, at the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) in Geneva, India had brought to the world’s attention a disturbing trend that has been emerging out of Pakistan. India had revealed that UN-listed international terror groups have been collecting funds in name of charity to finance terrorism. Representing India at the UNHRC, Pawan Badhe highlighted how “malevolent attempts by terrorists” has been observed whose aim is “to exploit the financial and emotional distress caused by the lock-downs to disturb the cohesiveness of societies”.
It is natural for Imran Khan to suffer from a major loss of face not only internationally, but also domestically for the thrashing which Pakistan has been made to suffer at the hands of India for the dummy Prime Minister’s blatant lies and fallacies. India’s clap back reply was ruthless, to say the least, and coupled with the walkout by First Secretary Mijito Vinito, Pakistan has been shamed at a global level.
