‘We work so hard for you!’ Left-liberals have an epic meltdown as Congress govt ‘falls’ in Madhya Pradesh

As the Kamal Nath government tethers on the brink of a collapse, the left liberals had a massive meltdown on social media. Senior Congress leader Jyotiraditya Scindia resigned along with 21 MLAs much to the chagrin of the Congress faithful. The 230 member Assembly has 2 seats vacant and with the resignation of the Congress MLAs, the majority mark in the Madhya Pradesh Assembly is now down to 207 and with the BJP having 107 MLAs, it is expected to sail through if a floor test is held in the assembly. Unsurprisingly, Jyotiraditya Scindia has been labelled as a traitor by the family loyalists and the ‘neutral’ journalists who collectively faced a massive meltdown.

Anyone who has little interest in the Indian politics could have seen Scindia’s resignation coming as Scindia over the past 12 months gave enough hints over his impending resignation. When he finally resigned, instead of questioning the party high command, the left-liberals reacted as if it was unexpected and Scindia has committed a major sin.

Staunch Gandhi family loyalist Tehseen Poonawalla decided to give it a spin as he portrayed how Rahul Gandhi is the victim here. It is a known fact that very few in the Congress have the galls to criticise the apex family. Tehseen couldn’t muster up the courage to question Rahul on his failed leadership and his continued absence post the Lok Sabha elections.

Congress troll Ashok Swain came up with a logic which either portrays his unwavering loyalty to the Gandhi family or shows early signs of serious brain damage. Only Swain could come up with a logic that defended Priyanka’s decision to sell a painting of her father to Yes Bank founder Rana Kapoor. It is only a matter of time before Swain builds a temple of the Gandhis. All hail Goddess Priyanka!

According to Dushyant, Scindia shouldn’t have left the party because he got the opportunity work with Priyanka Gandhi Vadra.

Upholding the standards of biased journalism, NDTV and its journalists did the job of Congress’ social media team as from misinformation to mud slinging, the channel did it all. As if suffering from dementia, for the NDTV, during the Maharashtra realignment, all the statements made by various Shiv Sena leaders including the late Balasaheb Thackeray appeared to have been forgotten.

Madhav Rao Scindia had the ambition of becoming India’s P M. Same is the ambition of his son. Would Sangh Pariwar allow him to fulfill his family’s ambition of becoming the Rulers of whole India?

Nothing can beat the meltdown of Saba Naqvi has she just fell short of crying out loud on national television, as she disdained how hard she worked (for the party) to little avail.

Another case of dementia, as Karti conveniently forgot how his father, PC Chidambaram tried to jump ship to the BJP in the past but his proposal was fiercely rejected by the Tamil Nadu BJP.

It’s good to see Kishor finally shedding his tag of ‘political strategist’ but clearly he has a long way to go in politics. He thinks that Scindia isn’t a mass leader and hence, his resignation isn’t a big jolt to the party. If that was indeed the case, why did 20+ Congress MLAs resign along with Scindia? To put things into perspective, no soul in JD(U) resigned to stand in solidarity with Kishor when he was kicked out by Nitish Kumar.

The usual suspects like Rajdeep Sardesai, Sagarika Ghose, Barkha Dutt and the ilk shed their ‘neutrality’ as they collectively worried over the future of their political masters.

If @JM_Scindia had a spine, he would have done what @MamataOfficial and @PawarSpeaks did—set up his own party.

History distorter and a staunch Nehruvian Ramchandra Guha sought to question Scindia’s ‘spine’ by citing examples of Mamata and Sharad Pawar. A historian should know that Pawar split the party and fell the then Congress government just because of his personal ambition to become the CM. After forming the NCP he has gone on to ally with the INC which suggests a lack of spine if anything.

Abusive filmmaker and propagandist, Anubhav Sinha also showed concern for the party and decided to share a ‘motivational’ video for the party.

However, the most heartbroken of the lot was Digvijaya Singh and the right wing had a field day at laughing his tweets. Here are some absolute gems:

Little did Digvijaya know that this tweet would backfire on him as the Twitter verse quickly discovered the RSS affiliations of Digvijaya’s uncle. Going by his logic, Digvijaya himself should be purged from the INC.

At this time of grief, all the left-liberal ‘journalists’ have come out to show solidarity and now the BJP must be extremely worried as the likes of Ashok Swain and Prashant Kishor have stated that Scindia’s exit won’t cause any damage and with Anubhav Sinha’s motivational video, the party is all set to bounce back.
