Former Congress president, Rahul Gandhi has returned to Indian politics in style after a ‘refreshing’ tour of Thailand and Cambodia. Rahul has the habit of taking it upon himself to give BJP advantage before elections and has established himself as BJP’s trump card.
Like the ghost of Halloween, Rahul Gandhi gets active only during the season of elections. On Sunday, Rahul Gandhi addressed the public at three places in Maharashtra. Bringing forward his age old formula of bashing the Modi Sarkar on random issues, Rahul Gandhi attacked the present government on various issues like Article 370, Rafale deal as the list goes on.
While addressing the crowd at Chandivali, Rahul Gandhi labeled the deal as the country’s biggest scam and mentioned, “Whole country knows there was theft in Rafale deal, people from Defence Ministry wrote clearly that PM is interfering in deal that is why there is guilt. The name Rafale hurts, that is why Rajnath Singh ji went to France to collect Rafale.”

Looks like the ‘Chowkidar Chor Hai’ mode of Rahul Baba is still active as of now. The same attitude has cost Congress dear in the recent Lok Sabha polls. However, it seems that this was not enough for our Rahul Gandhi, and unless he doesn’t relegate Congress to the pages of history, his record of Rafale shall continue playing.
However, Rahul Gandhi didn’t stop merely at that. He went on to say that PM Modi is taking decision on Chandrayaan 2 missions, Article 370 etc. in order to sway the masses from the real issues of the country. He said, “Instead of concentrating or debating on these burning issues, the government is busy showing people how the Indian Chandrayaan rocket was sent to the moon, Article 370 in Jammu & Kashmir, Pakistan, China, Japan, Korea, et al… But, remember, rockets will not help fill up the stomachs of the hungry millions.
Over 40 lakh people are unemployed and they [the government] only talk about the Moon. PM Modi, please speak about unemployment and farmers, or PMC bank scam at least. No, they won’t talk about it. Youths don’t have any future and PM Narendra Modi is going to Corbett National Park and talking about the Moon but he won’t speak at all on the conditions of India.”
Further attacking the government, Rahul Gandhi went on a rant, saying, “You go to Pune, industries are getting shut down. You go to Gujarat, Dharavi, Mumbai anywhere, Narendra Modi has destroyed all the industries. The economy which built by former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh ji, everything is destroyed. Today no one wants to invest in India. Local businessmen are also leaving the country.”
Apart from being a well known entertainer, Rahul Gandhi also turned out to be an extremely honest leader, as he revealed his party’s reality with the quote, “We saw what happened in the last 70 years. They destroyed the entire system.” If you don’t believe us, watch this –

It is hard to find a benevolent pracharak like Rahul Gandhi, who ensures that his rival camp wins with a bigger margin than before. Maybe it is for the same reason that Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis expressed his gratitude to Rahul Gandhi, as he tweeted the following –

Rahul Gandhi has made a grand comeback to Indian politics. Whatever be the issue, Rahul entertains the masses in the way no other Indian politician can, Lalu Prasad Yadav being the only other exception. Rahul Gandhi’s comeback is better in the respect that he has stuck to his old formula of Rafale, ‘Gabbar Singh Tax’, with generous doses of modern issues like Chandrayaan 2 etc. Maybe he might not get an important post throughout his life, but the way Rahul entertains the masses and garners huge votes for BJP, it is almost impossible for any other politician of his stature. Ever seen such selfless service elsewhere? BJP is really lucky to have such a star campaigner for themselves.
