At a time when the entire nation mourns the dastardly attacks in Pulwama which resulted in the martyrdom of more than 40 CRPF soldiers, the self-acclaimed intellectuals and terror sympathisers have chosen to continue with their insidious narrative. It all started after Scroll, a portal known for its biased style of reporting and analysis published a report titled, ‘By the time this video reaches you, I’ll be in Heaven’: The teen behind Kashmir’s deadliest attack. Scroll titled this article as if the portal was paying tribute to a hero. The “teen” they are referring to was a brainwashed Jihadi terrorist who carried out a dastardly attack on the CRPF convoy.
What is particularly shocking is the fact that the contents of this insidious article by Scroll subtly tried to portray as if the Government of India and the Armed Forces are to be blamed for the present situation in Kashmir. They also tried to exonerate the terrorist who carried out this cowardly attack. This portal had the audacity of stating that Dar spoke of the plight of “Indian and Kashmiri Muslims” in the Indian State. This is as insensitive as it could get. Scroll should be ashamed of insulting the martyred soldiers and the anguish that the entire nation is experiencing. Scroll cannot get over its cheap propaganda. It is shocking that this biased portal cannot distinguish between a teen and a brainwashed Jihadi terrorist.
In what can be described as a more shocking gesture, Prashant Bhushan shared the India Today link on his Twitter handle. Bhushan stated that ‘Pulwama bomber Adil Ahmad Dar’ had become a terrorist because he was beaten by the troops. He went on to add, “It’s imp to understand why so many young men in Kashmir are becoming militants & willing to die. Even US forces couldn’t hold Afghanistan & Iraq after large-scale suicide attacks.” This is far more insensitive than even Scroll report. This is not even subtle. He has blatantly blamed the Indian State and the Armed Forces for this attack. It is shocking that he is comparing Kashmir to Iraq and Afghanistan. It is undoubtedly difficult for people like Prashant Bhushan to digest this, but Kashmir is an integral part of India. India will do everything that is necessary to weed out the secessionist elements within Kashmir. Just like his companions in the liberal brigade, he also referred to the Jihadi terrorists active in Kashmir as “young men”.

Congress IT cell head Divya Spandana re-tweeted Prashant Bhushan’s insensitive tweet about the attack on CRPF convoy. It is shameful how the Congress IT cell is indulging in such vicious and anti-India propaganda at a time when all the political parties should stand firmly with the Government of India and the Armed Forces.
The entire liberal brigade has tried hard to evoke sympathy for the terrorist who attacked the CRPF convoy in Pulwama. They have hesitated in calling him a terrorist. While TOI labeled him as “local youth”, Scroll called him a “teen” and now Prashant Bhushan is referring to him as a “car bomber”. It is clear that these elements are making desperate attempts to mislead the nation. However, the nation has very well understood who that attacker was, a coward terrorist. The government of India and the Indian Armed Forces are not going to be sympathetic towards these terrorists. After this attack, these terrorists have incited ruthless mayhem for themselves.
