In a landmark decision by the Supreme Court bench headed by the Chief Justice of India, Dipak Misra, recently struck down the provisions of Section 377 which criminalised homosexual acts of consensual sex between adults. CJI Misra spoke on the issue stating that the LGBTQ community had the same fundamental rights as the rest of the citizens of India. The five judge bench included Justices RF Nariman, DY Chandrachud, Indu Malhotra and Justice Khanwilkar along with CJI Dipak Misra. The judgement on the issue had been reserved on July 17th after four days of hearing which involved passionate debate between the two sides. The judgement given by the apex court however upheld the provisions of Section 377 which dealt with bestiality. However the SC decision on the Section 377 is also being criticised by some sections of the liberal cabal for not striking down the provisions related to bestiality. The liberal cabal is now demanding the apex court to strike down provisions related to the Section 377 completely and make perverse acts legal in the country.
It is indeed saddening that the liberal cabal is not content with the liberties provided under the SC judgement. They are meaninglessly demanding more and more to acts which are illegal and also very disgusting. The SC judgement pointed out that homosexuality should no more be a crime since it is a consensual act carried out between two mature adults in their private space. Bestiality or sex with animals can never be consensual as the animal has no way to tell its owner what it is going on in its mind while the act is in progress. Pedophilia too is being advocated by the liberal cabal who sees nothing wrong in seeing an adult forcing himself on the minor. These are unnecessary addition made to the LGBTQ community. Unnecessary attempt to create a hoopla on giving protection to people who want have sex with animals and with minors is insane.
It is important for the liberal cabal to understand that if these perverse people who want to have sex with minors and with animals are given a free reign then the society will face an early breakdown. Not only will there be cases upon cases of teenage pregnancies but children and their families alleging that their progeny was lured and used sexually will also rise. It will boost the morale of the child traffickers who push more and more children into prostitution everyday. The LGBTQ+ community should understand the evils of pushing society into this mess, if once started will not be stopped easily. Bestiality is not an individual choice and takes a heavy toll on society for which it should be derided and never be allowed to happen in the society.
