The 5 days of whirlwind diplomacy included a bilateral meeting in Nigeria and 10 bilateral meetings on the sidelines of the G20 Summit in Brazil.
Later, during his visit to Guyana, the Prime Minister held 9 bilateral meetings.
During his stint in Nigeria, PM Modi held a bilateral meeting with the President of Nigeria Bola Tinubu.
PM Modi held as many as 10 bilateral meetings in Brazil. These included meetings with the leaders of Brazil, Indonesia, Portugal, Italy, Norway, France, the UK, Chile, Argentina, and Australia.
As part of his meetings in Brazil, he held the first meeting with 5 World leaders namely the President of Indonesia Prabowo Subianto, PM of Portugal Luis Montenegro, PM of the U.K Keir Starmer, President of Chile Gabriel Boric, and President of Argentina Javier Milei.
PM Modi also held informal interactions and pull-aside meetings with the leaders of Singapore, South Korea, Egypt, USA and Spain as well as with the heads and executives of various international organizations like Ursula von der Leyen, European Union; Antonio Guterres, United Nations; Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, World Trade Organization; Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, World Health Organisation; and Kristalina Georgieva and Gita Gopinath, IMF.
Furthermore, PM Modi held bilateral meetings with leaders of Guyana, Dominica, Bahamas, Trinidad & Tobago, Suriname, Barbados, Antigua & Barbuda, Grenada and St. Lucia during his short stint in Guyana.
