Lieutenant Commander Roopa A and Lieutenant Commander Dilna K are embarking on a landmark circumnavigation of the globe aboard the Indian Naval Sailing Vessel (INSV) Tarini. Both officers have undergone rigorous training at premier naval institutions, including the Indian Naval Academy in Ezhimala and various sailing schools.
