Vrindavan Prem Temple – Guide
Prem Temple is one of the most famous temples of Vrindavan which is huge in size. Let us tell you that this temple was shaped by Jagadguru Shri Kripaluji Maharaj in the year 2001. This temple is known for its grandeur and beauty. Prem Mandir of Vrindavan is a famous religious place dedicated to Radha Krishna and Sita Ram. The Prem Mandir houses several sculptures depicting the life of Lord Krishna, various scenes from Krishna’s life, such as the lifting of the Govardhan mountain, are depicted on the periphery of the temple.
History of this Temple
The history of Vrindavan Prem Temple is not many years old. Let us tell you that the foundation stone of this temple was laid on January 14, 2001 by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj in the presence of thousands of devotees. Prem Mandir was built under the sponsorship of Shri Jagadguru Kripalu Pratishtha, which is an international and charitable organization. It took about 11 to 12 years to build the Prem Mandir. After the construction of the temple was completed, it was opened to the public on 17 February after the inauguration ceremony from 15 February to 17 February 2012.
Vrindavan Prem Temple Timings
Vrindavan Prem Temple opens from 5:30 AM to 12 Noon in the morning and from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM in the evening. Morning aarti is performed at 6:30 AM in the morning and evening aarti is performed at 8:00 PM in the evening.
