It tried to paint a dystopian picture of India. They claimed that the “fascist” Modi government was not allowing them to express their ideas, speak their mind, or be decent, and was stifling the voice of dissent. But it was a classic case of “pot calling the kettle black.” The recent trolling by the Congress party is a prominent example of its double speak on freedom of speech and expression.
Congress unleash its social media trolls
Right from the times of Independence, Congress and the leftist ecosystem have a dark history of curbing freedom of speech and howling at people who don’t adhere to their views. It was the same Congress party that used to ban books, artists, and movies and pass arbitrary guidelines to curb media freedom. Now, for the gazillionth time, Congress has started to hound individuals for speaking their minds.
Evidently, an old video of Khan Sir is doing the rounds on social media. Purportedly, in the video, the popular educator Khan sir is seen taking his regular class and explaining the concept of Hindi grammar. Propagating the video, Congress has alleged that through his teaching, Khan sir was propagating hate.
Sharing the video, Congress spokesperson Supriya Shrinate condemned the content in the video. She also demanded the arrest of Khan, sir. Rallying behind her, the entire cabal started to trend hashtags like “arrest Khan, sir.”

In the video, Khan Sir was teaching the concept of Dvandva Samas. To explain his point, he gave an example of how the same words in a sentence can have different meanings in different contexts.
Speaking in Hindi, he stated that there are some words that have two meanings. He added that if you say Suresh was flying a plane, it means one thing, and if you say Abdul was flying a plane, it means a different thing.

Congress’ intolerance towards diverse opinion
The Congress has been touting itself as the champion of free speech and alleging that the Modi government is fascist. But the problem with Congress and its sympathetic cabal is that they have issues with everyone who doesn’t toe their line.
There have been several instances in which the leaders of the Congress Party or members of the Islamo-leftist cabal have fought among themselves. Even a minor deviation from the parroted and planted lies can become the reason for social ostracization by the Islamo-leftist cabal.
All Congress and its cabal require and support is people willing to do their bidding and stoop to new lows in sycophancy. Otherwise, it has been unleashing its troll army and even booking its naysayers on serious charges.
Recently, there has been a rampant rise of intolerance within the Congress party. It has started to work on a war footing, forcing YouTubers or journalists to issue public apologies for criticising Congress.
Khan Sir is not immune to such controversies.Several educators have repeatedly accused him of crossing the line of teaching decorum. But we’re not here to debate or defend Khan sir or his teaching style. Rather, we are making a point in a larger context in favour of free speech.
In cases of violations of free speech boundaries, they should be dealt with legally rather than for scoring political brownie points and harassing the opinions that such politicians do not like due to political considerations.
Suffering from elitism and a sense of entitlement, the Congress party can’t stand independent and opinionated individuals like Khan Sir. Now, by going after Khan Sir, Congress and its Islamo-leftist ecosystem have again exposed their farce on free speech and the free flow of ideas.
