Anti-India forces, both inside and outside the nation, have been working round the clock to create an atmosphere of fear and hatred. Over the decades, several terror outfits, with different names but similar ideology of hatred, have been creating ruckus and bloodshed across the nation. Most of them have intertwined and united at the behest of their foreign masters sitting in Pakistan, Canada and Dubai. Till now, Indian security agencies had worked in silos against all these anti-India forces, but not anymore. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has launched a coordinated strike against all these violent ideologies working against the interests of India.
Operation Clean-up
In a major crackdown against several terror outfits, NIA has carried out raids at 60 locations linked with Islamic as well as Khalistani terrorists. As per NIA agency officials these raids are targeted against “organised terror gangs” involved in targeted killings, extortion, kidnappings, smuggling of arms, narco-terrorism and turf wars among other illegal activities. The 60 locations raided include places in Delhi, National Capital Region, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Punjab.

The agency has raided places like the residential premises, hideouts, and prisons from where these gangs operate. The raids are a part of a “larger conspiracy” probe taken up by NIA.
The NIA will probe the links of these gangs with Pakistan-based terror outfits, ISI, and arms suppliers. Reportedly, these terror outfits are involved in large-scale anti-national activities.
Reportedly, the NIA is conducting an investigation on the basis of two separate FIRs filed under the stringent Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA). Earlier, the Delhi Police Special Cell had registered two FIRs against ten gangsters associated with the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, the Bambiha gang and the Neeraj Bawana gang.

As per NIA report, several of these gangs had famous personalities on their target and wanted to terrorise ordinary citizens through social media.
Gangs operating from inside Prison cells and Foreign Soil
The agency in its investigation had found out that several gangs had been running their illegal activities from inside jails or from abroad in Canada, Pakistan and Dubai.
The FIR stated that the Special Cell received information that Lawrence Bishnoi, Goldy Brar, Vikram Brar, Jaggu Bhagwanpuria, Sandeep, Sachin Thapan and Anmol Bishnoi are operating gangs from different jails in the country and from abroad in Canada, Pakistan and Dubai.
The FIR added that Lawrence Bishnoi and his gang is close to Pakistan-based Khalistani terrorist Harvinder Singh Rinda.

A separate FIR filed under the UAPA has charged members of the Bambiha gang, a rival of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. These include Lucky Patial, who is operating from Armenia, Kaushal Chaudhary who is in Haryana jail and Neeraj Bawana who is currently in Tihar jail.
This operation demonstrates a zero-tolerance policy against organised crimes and terrorism. This coordinated attack is India’s clear message to Pakistan and other like-minded nations that all their backed terror outfits within India can’t hamper the nation’s progress and will be brought to Justice.
