Dravidian politics has always been dirty, just that we are seeing it only now

Have you ever wondered what could be the primary reason for the north-south divide that has existed in the nation for so many years now? It is the result of Dravidian politics that revolves around Atheism, anti-Hinduism, anti-Hindi, and anti-North Indian ideals.

It was always dirty to a level that is disgusting. Yet, many of us were not aware of it. Now, people have begun to see how Dravidian politics is gradually dividing the nation.

The 44th FIDE Chess Olympiad was inaugurated on July 28 at the Nehru Indoor Stadium in Chennai. The inauguration took place in the presence of Narendra Modi, the prime minister of India, and M.K. Stalin, the chief minister of the state of Tamil Nadu.

MK Stalin’s hate against India is evident

A video of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin is making rounds on social media. In the viral video, he can be seen standing beside Prime Minister Narendra Modi during the inaugural program of the Chess Olympiad. While PM Modi can be seen singing the national anthem as it is being played during the program, the Tamil Chief Minister’s language superiority complex did not allow him to utter a single word of the national anthem.

Moreover, it was only a few weeks back when in the R Madhavan starrer ‘Rocketry: The Nambi Effect’, Suriya was seen playing a guest role. While the Hindi film ends with Madhavan and Shah Rukh saying ‘Jai Hind’, in Tamil version, Suriya just smiles rather than singing it back.

Atheist Dravidian politics

It needs to be noted that for more than six decades after the independence, the politics of Tamil Nadu has revolved around the Dravidian parties, which further revolves around Atheism, anti-Hinduism, anti-Hindi, and anti-North Indian ideals. The proponents of the ideology have been trying to eliminate Hinduism from the state.

When the Indian National Congress lost to DMK headed by C.N Annadurai, only few knew that that would be the end of National Politics in Tamil Nadu. Then the first non-congress Government in Tamil Nadu was formed under the leadership of C. N. Annadurai, who spearheaded the Anti-Hindi movement.

Both of the important political parties in Tamil Nadu DMK and AIADMK find their origin in the Dravidian movement. Dravidian ideology began to take a backseat in Tamil Nadu only after the rise of Jayalalithaa in the AIADMK. But, with Stalin coming into power, the state seems to have again indulged in anti-Hindu politics.

Periyar – the one who gave rise to Dravidian politics

According to Marxist and liberal historians, Periyar was a social activist who wanted to ‘dissolve India of the tyrannies of Brahmanism, caste prevalence and women oppression’. However, his stance had not been to rectify the caste system but was against Brahmins as a community. Simply put, Periyar was a vile, miserable, indignant, racist slob who only wanted to see the decimation of Hindus. Periyar’s definition of Dravidian Theology was a way to lay the foundation for Christian missionaries.

Read more: Periyar was an anti-Hindu, anti-Brahmin bigot who deserves to be criticised not lauded

In 1953, he organised agitations for the desecration of Ganesha idols. He had spread numerous canards about the Ramayana. All his lies were directed towards slandering the Maryada Purshottam.

Dravidian movement or anti-Hindu movement?

You see, the Dravidian movement is based on the hate against Hindus. In the beginning, it was radical enough to ask for a division of India and a separate statehood for the states of the South. However, it didn’t work out.

Read more: Tamil Nadu is not a Dravidian State

The Dravidian ideology in its essence is a design manifested by the Church in close coordination with Periyar to systematically destroy Hinduism. The origins of this divide lie in the failure of the Christian Church to introduce Christianity in massive swaths as it imagined it should have in India, under the 250-300 years of Christian British Rule.

DMK and its anti-Hindu politics

Reported extensively by TFI, Stalin’s DMK has been infamous for its anti-Hindu and anti-Brahmin bigotry in the garb of Dravidian ideology. This anti-Hindu stance is amply clear from the statements of late DMK President M. Karunanidhi who said, “Lord Rama is a drunkard“.

Ever since Stalin stormed to power, temples are looked down upon and razed whenever the administration gets the chance. The temples have been in the clutches of the government. On the contrary, Christian Missionaries are on the rise. Conversions are on the rise. The state has become a living hell for Hindus where they are forced to convert by these missionaries.

They are against idol worshipping. They want to desecrate temples. They are against Hindus. They are against Brahmins. What is most disappointing is that the hate slowly coming to bite the nation. The Dravidian politics has led them to hate their nation and it is evident in Stalin’s recent actions.
