You must have seen many seasonal experts who from time to time change their domain of expertise. Sometimes they have in-depth knowledge about farmers’ interests and at other times they analyse the reason behind the Russia-Ukraine war. One such unique personality is Rakesh Tikait. He knows everything that is under the sun and has his opinion about them. In the greed for cheap publicity, he has been speaking utter rubbish. Evidently, at a time when every citizen is shocked to the core at the gruesome killing of Hindu tailor Kanhaiya Lal, Rakesh Tikait has found yet another deplorable reason to come back into the news.
For God’s Sake, Rakesh Tikait please shut up!
Sticking to his bizarre and insane logic, Rakesh Tikait, the so-called farmer leader has trivialised the gruesome butchery of Kanhaiya Lal. He gave deplorable statements trivialising the Udaipur savagery and termed it as a “small matter”.
According to the great farmer leader, it is not ‘Pakistan’ but the BJP who does such kinds of acts. He targeted BJP and enquired about why such acts happen only in non-BJP ruled states. The ‘politician’ Tikait played down the terror act and sermoned for trial as an ‘ordinary’ murder case under Section 302.

He said, “This incident happened where the BJP government is not there. Be it Rajasthan or Punjab, these incidents will increase, see the history. It is an act of the BJP. (BJP kara rahi hai), Those in the Centre can do all this. Whenever something small (zara sa kuch) happens, they say Pakistan is involved. India has Constitution, Law, and Sections, what happened to Section 302? What will Pakistan do and what they will do in this? Those who have done this murder, book them under Section 302”.

Pakistan Connection
The so-called expert Tikait should have gone through the case before virtually vomiting anything that cropped up inside his head. The gruesome act of terror has a deep Pakistani connection. The primary investigation of Kanhaiya Lal’s barbaric murder revealed links of the self-radicalised Jihadi duo with Karachi-based Sunni Islamist organization ‘Dawat-e-Islami’. This Islamist organisation whose aim is to spread global Jihad is further linked with Barelvi pan-Islamic Tehreek-e-Labbaik extremist organisation in Pakistan.

The case has been transferred to the National Investigation Agency (NIA) after the Pakistani links emerged in the case. According to News reports the accused Jihadi had visited Karachi, not once, but twice. They camped in the Islamic nation for around 45 days before returning to India. After which they committed the dastardly terror act.
Time has come for a serious introspection as to what should be done for such cheapsters who try to play on each and every situation to gain media traction. The ‘farmer leader’ Tikait has done enough damage in the so-called farmers’ protest and should resist petty politics at a time when the nation is in a state of shock and mourning.
