America’s Liberals are working on a plan to defame India’s ‘Savarnas’

There was a time when Indians not getting recognition for their talents in India used to migrate to America. That is why the majority of US companies are headed by those who were excluded from the talent pool of the Indian system. The single most reason was Caste discrimination against Savarnas that turns out, even after making a mark on their own, the Savarnas are being harassed and defamed by liberals all around the world, especially in America.

Caste system in America

For quite some time now, Caste is a big buzzword in American Ivy League universities and corporate arena. The very fact that someone who has achieved something does not belong to what these liberal University professors and Corporate gurus term as ‘oppressed class’ is good enough to corner the individual into false narrative of immorality.

Under the ‘oppressed class’ dictum of these so called intellectuals, comes those castes which are benefitting from reservation system in India.

Let’s understand it with an example. As soon as Parag Agrawal’s news of succession hit the newsstands, the Hindu-hating, Brahmin-hating lobby came out in large numbers out of their burrow holes and targeted Parag by remarking that he was elevated to the position because of his caste privilege. They did not run even a basic Google search to read about his academic qualifications and his achievements in Silicon Valley. Even someone with basic common sense of corporate world knows that it survives on cut-throat competition. Any discrimination other than that on the basis of competence and that too on a top level can nosedive Company’s futures. But, no, those who have trained a generation to gain power by playing victim won’t tell them.

Marxism and its exponent Ivy league professors

The anti-Savarna Caste drama unfolding in United States has its roots in Marxism. Under the infamous literature, if you have achieved something more than your neighbours, then they will assume that you have achieved it by imposing tyrannical control on the resources available in your environment. The doctrine will tell your neighbours that you are evil and your wings need to be chopped. Simultaneously, any talks about your merit will be shunned down by stating that merit is a term used by powerful to retain their power. Basically, they keep stabbing you and at the same time shout that their life in danger.

Throughout last few generations, University professors in Ivy leagues have passed on this oppressed-oppressive message. They have explicitly asked their students to be activists creating ruckus in stabilised social order. While Americans and other countries have bore this brunt, now they are pushing the doctrine in Indians.

CEOs of companies are under pressure

These liberals sometimes do conduct basic background search on every individual working in corporate world. No, they do not look for their qualifications. They just look for their castes and whenever they find that any ‘Savarna’ employee is running a team, or any organisation, they term it upper caste privilege. Sundar Pichai, Parag Agrawall, Satya Nadela among others is some of the famous names coming under the radar.

It won’t be wrong to say that the top brass has come under the guilt of this false propaganda. Nothing explains the poisonous and anti-merit doctrine of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) driving the corporate recruitment program. To avoid backlash from well organised group of these Marxist extortionists, companies are now focussing on reservation in recruitment rather than merit. All 3 CEOs mentioned above are playing active role in propagating DEI narrative, which include recruitment on the basis of Caste as well.

Controversy surrounding Google highlights the issue

In fact, the Caste poison in USA has reached to such a level that lawsuits claiming Caste discrimination (against non-Savarnas) is being filed in the country. Up until now, final judgement has not been pronounced but the lawsuits upshot the false narrative of discrimination in the public domain. Activists are forming organisations to fight Caste and other forms of supposed oppression.

One of them is Equality labs claiming to be fighting for Dalit civil rights. Its Executive Director Thenmozhi Soundarajan wanted to spread the narrative in Google as well. Google uninvited her by aptly terming it as  “creating division and rancour rather than bringing our community together and raising awareness”. As a result of the cancelled talk, Tanuja Gupta, a senior manager at Google News who had invited the activist to speak, submitted her resignation. In her resignation letter, Gupta did not forget to play the tried and tested victim card. Gupta said, “Retaliation is a normalized Google practice to handle internal criticism, and women take the hit.”

The same narrative is being copied in India. Savarnas are now being defamed for their meritorious rise in corporate world. No one knows when it will stop. But, one thing is certain. These Dalit rights activists are not fighting for someone. They just hate Savarnas and spewing it out in the form of compassion for the unprivileged.
