Vaishnavi Dhanraj is an Indian actress who has been on television and in films. She starred as Mary Marlo in PK Lele A Salesman, an adult Hindi black comedy film in which she played an affluent girl. She was born on August 25, 1988, in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. Career Timeline
Vaishnavi Dhanraj made her acting debut with a cameo in Kasautii Zindagii Kay in 2008. The production house offered her the parallel lead in Karam Apnaa Apnaa in the same year, based on her performance in this show. Due to numerological considerations, she replaced her surname with her father’s first name, Dhanraj, after starring in these two shows under the name Vaishnavi Bhoyar.
Her combative performance in CID was essential in her landing the lead part in Na Aana Is Des Laado in December 2010, when the program took an 18-year time jump. Vaishnavi portrayed Jhanvi, a feminist in rural India who works for women’s empowerment.
Vaishnavi returned to television in May 2013 with Parvarrish – Kuchh Khattee Kuchh Meethi on Sony T.V, after a brief absence following her marriage.
Vaishnavi was granted the major antagonist role in Colors TV’s Madhubala – Ek Ishq Ek Junoon after the serial finished in August 2013.

Vaishnavi was born in Nagpur and attended Mundle High School, which is run by the Blind Relief Association. Her family moved to Kalyan in 2008 after she graduated from Shivaji Science College. Vaishnavi’s parents supported her artistic pursuits and accompanied her to her first auditions. During her student years, she was known as Vaishnavi Bhoyar.
After a year of relationship, Vaishnavi married Indian actor and model Nitin Sahrawat on December 23, 2012. They first met on the set of Nitin’s second season of Kitni Mohabbat Hai.
Sahrawat and Dhanraj separated in January 2016 after filing for legal separation in July 2015. They chose a mutual and peaceful divorce in Bandra family court. The breakup was attributed to an emotional disconnect. In December 2016, a Bollywood gossip website said that the divorce was due to marital violence.
