One article of dissent against Congress and India’s GOP declares Nidhi Razdan its enemy number one

Nidhi Razdan – who for a better part of the year gone by believed that she had been appointed for teaching ‘journalism’ at Harvard University has now, in an attempt to perhaps resuscitate her career in the field, written an op-ed for Gulf News, which is a surprising takedown of the Gandhi family, if not of the Congress party as a whole. For daring to question the Gandhi family, an army of trolls have descended upon Razdan, who are now calling her names, abusing and questioning her right to comment on the Congress’ inner affairs.

In a piece titled, “India elections 2021: Congress needs to reinvent itself and now,” Nidhi Razdan seemed to emphatically agree with the eternal agitator – Yogendra Yadav’s words, in which he beseeched the Congress party to die. “The Congress must die. If it could not stop the BJP in this election to save the idea of India, this party has no positive role in Indian history. Today it represents the single biggest obstacle to creation of an alternative,” Yogendra said after the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, and was quoted verbatim by Razdan in her opinion piece.

The Congress needs to reinvent itself and now. The party is still floundering, unsure of who its leader is, unsure of what it stands for, and unsure of the road ahead. If it doesn’t course correct, it must die as ⁦@_YogendraYadav once said. My piece⁩ https://t.co/DXTgl69EYJ

— Nidhi Razdan (@Nidhi) March 14, 2021

Without even reading my piece on the Congress, the party’s social media cell has gone full throttle in abusing me, even suggesting I’m an RSS/ BJP agent. ☺️. Enjoy yourselves. I’m off to eat roganjosh and rice for lunch

— Nidhi Razdan (@Nidhi) March 14, 2021

Nidhi Razdan argued that the upcoming state elections do not project the Congress rising in stature, as in Kerala, the Grand Old Party faces internal dissension; while in states like Tamil Nadu and West Bengal, the party has been reduced to a side-spectacle. In Assam, where the Congress is trying to put up a fight against the BJP, Nidhi Razdan failed to acknowledge the BJP’s tremendous advantage, and said that the saffron party had merely closed the gap with the Congress.

“The most basic question the congress has been grappling with, is still up in the air — who will lead the party? The “will he, won’t he” Rahul Gandhi drama has been unending and is now frankly the most boring political story in the country,” Razdan wrote. She also mentioned how the infamous group of 23 dissenters (G-23) were being cold-shouldered by the Congress. All in all, the Congress was not expecting such a critical piece to be published in an international media outlet, by no less than one of their most loyal journalists.

One particular claim of Nidhi Razdan, which is indeed fake, has riled up the Congress like never before. “In the recent civic polls in Gujarat, the Congress was decimated while the Aam Aadmi party emerged as the number two to the BJP. It is perhaps another sign that the Congress is no longer seen as a viable alternative to the BJP and that regional forces will be left to take on Narendra Modi instead,” the alleged journalist claimed.

In the recent local body polls held in Gujarat, the BJP won 6,239 seats, Congress secured 1,805 of them, while AAP managed to win only about 42 seats, out of which 25 seats were from Surat alone. AAP came second in Surat, but Nidhi claimed that AAP came second in the entire state, pushing Congress to the third position. The shock of Harvard not having appointed Nidhi Razdan seems to have taken on the alleged journalist’s ability to ascertain facts before having them published, although some habits die hard. A barrage of braindead Congress zombies soon descended upon Nidhi Razdan, calling her a ‘propagandist’ no less.

Fake News Alert: propagandist @Nidhi openly peddling falsehood saying, "AAP emerged as number two in Gujarat Civic Polls". This is a BRAZEN LIE. AAP instead lost most seats, barring Surat.

Also, she didn't mention Punjab at all because shows paymaster Kajriwal in bad light. 👇 pic.twitter.com/2mnB8oUFoY

Piece of shit really.

Harvard queen @Nidhi has gone to enjoy her lunch by turning off her entire comments section in the subsequent tweet!!!

Quite brave I must admit blocking others from commenting when you face a backlash for your skewed opinion and you expect bouquets!!! https://t.co/Ek3xym2G1e

It indeed seems to be true that the hurt caused by one of your own always seems more excruciating. Nidhi Razan will have to now work overtime to remake her image among the Congress’ cult of mindless social media trolls, although that would not be quite difficult, since the journalist currently finds herself unemployed in any case.
