As the brutal murder of Rinku Sharma continues to send shockwaves across the country, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has stooped to a new low if the Sharma’s family is to be believed. The victim’s kin recently alleged that not only were they refused an audience with the Delhi CM, they were also threatened with being taken in custody if they didn’t clear the premises.
We all know how in the past, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has rushed to meet the kin of the victim who has been lynched if the victim belonged to the minority community. However, in the case of Rinku Sharma, Arvind Kejriwal simply couldn’t care less as according to Rinku’s family, they were denied permission to meet the Delhi CM.
Rinku’s brother said that four people from their family went to meet Delhi CM, however, the authorities shooed them away as they warned them against conducting any demonstration. Kejriwal who made his political career through protests and anarchy and to date conveniently lends his support to any protests which are anti-BJP was feeling threatened by a group of four people as per the victim’s family.

The family further alleged that Delhi Police then called two cars and put the family there with the DCP requesting them to disperse to avoid an arrest. It was earlier reported that Kejriwal was slated to visit the family of the deceased, but the recent turn of events is indeed shocking if they are true. It seems that the lowest level of politics is being practised in Delhi.
On Wednesday night, according to the victim’s brother, a deadly mob armed with knives and sticks barged their way into the house of Rinku Sharma who worked as a lab technician at a hospital in Pashchim Vihar. The mob surrounded the family and started demanding the whereabouts of the victim.
The mob then dragged the Rinku out of the house, where they brutally bashed him before stabbing a knife in his back which eventually led to his death. It is also being reported that other members of Rinku’s family also sustained injuries.
In a video that is doing rounds on social media, the assailants can be seen attempting to drag a cylinder into Sharma’s house perhaps to set it on fire which led to Rinku coming out to confront the mob which, unfortunately, led to his death.
Rinku’s father is claiming that the family had been on the radar of the mob for the past six months and often harassed Rinku calling him a BJP supporter and also used to abuse Prime Minister Modi.
Rinku Sharma’s brother in a video can be seen alleging that the group of assailants was miffed with the fact that the family organised an event to collect funds for the construction of the Ram Mandir. Meanwhile, the Delhi Police, which has arrested four persons in connection with the case, is probing all angles in the case.
