The fake farmers and politicians masquerading as they have been served a plain reality check by the Supreme Court of India after their demand to change the committee members appointed to study the Farm Bills was thrown out the window by Chief Justice SA Bobde.

“We are telling you that you are appearing for a farmers union — the Kisan Mahapanchayat — that wants the committee to change. Your demand is to change the committee. What is the basis for this? These people are the brightest minds in agriculture today. They have the expertise that their critics do not have and you are maligning them.” said a fuming Bobde.
The lawyers batting for the ‘so-called farmers’ tried to sway the CJI by pleading that the committee was partisan and that the newspapers were carrying the same story. However, CJI Bobde was not having any of the nonsense that the plaintiff party was serving.
“On the first day, we had told Mr Salve that we don’t think this is a proper case for our adjudication. We took up the case in the interest of the public. Now, you want to brand us? What do you mean read newspaper? Are you going to adjudicate on newspapers? Public opinion is important, but it is not determinative for the court,” added CJI Bobde.
CJI Bobde was in no mood to relent and he continued with the monologue which tore apart the arguments of the fake farmers.
“Where is the question of bias in this? We have not given adjudicating powers to the committee. You don’t want to appear is understandable, but casting aspersions on someone because he expressed his view is not done. You don’t need to brand anybody like this,” said the Supreme Court bench, also comprising Justices AS Bopanna and V Ramasubramanian, apart from CJI Bobde.
Reported by TFI, when Supreme Court intervened in a legislative law passed by the government through the right and proper channels, few eyebrows were raised, alleging that the highest court of law in the country had crossed a line and stepped into uncharted territory by blurring the line between legislature and judiciary.
However, on the contrary, the Supreme Court of India and CJI Bobde have exposed the reality of the fake farmers’ protests which have gripped the National Capital Region. The apex court’s controversial stay on the revolutionary farm laws has shown that the agitations have nothing to do with the farming sector or those involved in it, but are only a means to destabilise the Modi government.
Despite the stay, the Khalistani elements in the farmers’ protest are still holding the national capital to siege. The bait of ‘reward-money’ is being floated around so that the Khalistani elements can unfurl the Khalistan flag on the Indian Republic Day. A mega tractor rally has been planned which attempts to serve no purpose, but only cause misery to the common public and cause a security nightmare to the intelligence forces.
The fake farmers’ protest has been exposed time and again and only if the government had shown a bit more resolve in treating this nuisance as an urgent matter, the Khalistani elements would have been swept off the borders of the capital.
This Govt. – even though in Power – thinks and acts like it is in Opposition – HIJDA Govt. Can’t use force when necessary – hence even a Coward can threaten and show middle finger to this Govt.
