George Floyd protests go international: Multiculturalism in Europe is biting back in the form of riots, loot and violence

A fundamental yardstick to determine any nation’s glory, we are told, is a measure of how deep-rooted multiculturalism is in the society. The killing of George Floyd by a police officer in Minneapolis, Minnesota, has only furthered the societal fault lines which plague Europe. Even as the CoVID-19 pandemic is far from over, thousands took to the streets of multiple European countries to protest against police excesses in the United States.

What is the dying hurry, some might ask, to protest against the brute police force in another continent? Multiculturalism would be the answer. This might offend many, however, truth be told, even the Coronavirus outbreak across Europe can be attributed to its internal and external open boundaries. While there is free movement of people within the European Union, there is minimal scrutiny of those entering the Union from other nations, particularly the terror-ravaged regions of the Middle East and North Africa, all of whom get in as unquestioned refugees.

George Floyd succumbed to a police officer asphyxiating him for close to nine minutes, by placing his knee on Floyd’s neck, even as the man pleaded the officer to let him go and that he couldn’t breathe. The killing of Floyd soon became an excuse for anti-social elements to wreak havoc across the United States under the shroud of anti-racism protests.

What explains the European people’s enthusiasm to take to the streets amidst a pandemic, however? Appeasement of various kinds of people that it has opened its floodgates for? Maybe. However, Europe has now come to a point where it worries about its very existence, which has now come to be premised at the behest of its immigrants and multi-cultural pillars of society, who hold the reigns to Europe’s psychology, and also its safety.

Are we saying that anti-racism protests should be abhorred at? Absolutely not. However, multiculturalism is also something that should not be wholeheartedly accepted by any people, learning from the experiences of Europe. More on the experiences later in the article.

Protests broke out in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, and other European nations. In London, thousands of demonstrators marched in protest of racism prevalent in the United States, and even back home. Hundreds of protesters also took the knee in Trafalgar Square, symbolizing the final moments of George Floyd.

In Berlin, protestors gathered outside the US embassy and also marched in solidarity with their American counterparts, who for reasons best known to them, have decided to turn their ‘protests’ into an anarchist fest. Meanwhile, social distancing rules were flouted in the name of protests across Dublin in Ireland, Italy, and a majority of other protest sites. In Copenhagen, Denmark, the streets were flooded by thousands of protestors marching against racism from the US embassy to the Danish Parliament.

Although protests were largely peaceful across Europe, in the French capital of Paris, things took an ugly turn, with close to 20,000 protesters not shying away from indulging in the exact behaviour which they had set out to protest against.

Now while the eagerness of Europeans to protest against racism is well-appreciated, how many more terror attacks and daylight stabbings will it take for them to start protesting against ‘multiculturalism’? Because this precise term is what has already proven to be, and will prove to be more so in the future, a death knell for European society. Sanity would dictate that protests against terrorism must supersede, and be prioritized over those against racism, however, the protests against terrorism are limited to social media campaigns which take place once in a millennia, since the crime committed against humanity is just too abhorrent to ignore.

Take for instance the 2015 Paris terror attacks, and the specific targeting of satirical publication ‘Charlie Hebdo’. Charlie Hebdo’s office in Paris was the main target of terrorists, who killed 12 people in that premises alone. Why? In 2006, Charlie Hebdo reprinted cartoons of Prophet Mohammed which originally appeared in a Danish newspaper. The boon of multiculturalism, where people of a free society are no longer free, and are made to face the barrel of a gun for exercising their freedom, since terrorists, under the garb of immigrants, have managed to infiltrate their country.

Apart from well-publicized terror attacks, broad light killings of people are effectuated as well, mostly by stabbing and knife attacks. Who are these attackers? The same diverse people who the European Union opened its borders to, but who have themselves not been able to abandon their radical and fundamentalist mind-set. Refugees committed more than 200,000 crimes in 2015 in Germany alone. The figure represents an 80% increase over 2014 and around 570 are crimes committed by Refugees every day (Stats by Gatestone Institute). In Sweden, meanwhile, the police have declared their incapacity to handle the growing spate of attacks by migrants. As a matter of fact, police also now has “No-Go-Zones” in the country. ISIS is just one of the terror organizations that has openly admitted to sending terrorists into Europe under the garb of them being refugees.

Taharrush is one of the many gifts which the much-touted multiculturalism has brought in for Europe, and is now spreading like wildfire. Being a gang-rape game of the Arabs, there have been growing instances in Europe, where lone women are surrounded by lustful men, who grope, and even take turns to rape them. Reports of taharrush came in from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and other European countries. The gang-rape game consists of roughly three perimeters of men. The men in the inner circle are the ones who rape and sexually assault the lone woman, while those in the middle circle act as spectators. The outer periphery consists of men trying to divert attention from the crimes being committed within. Another group of men are also placed so as to act as ‘saviours’ of the women. Yes, this exact game is now being played with European women, by the same refugees and immigrants which the Union opened its doors and hearts to.

How many have taken to the streets to protest against such crimes against humanity? I’d say none. Why? Because once you compromise the fundamentals of your society, to portray yourself as a multi-dimensional culture, you lose your rights to your own culture. You become slaves of those who have a stated policy of superimposing their culture on an unsuspecting people, and if anyone were to stand against this stated policy, the guns and knives are all but waiting. Dismantling pre-existing cultures of a land is what a section of people have specialized in for eons, but the victims of the same never seem to learn their lessons. This is exactly what happened to Europe. In opening its doors to hordes of migrants and refugees, Europe accepted terrorists and potential terrorists in thousands. For what, after all? To satiate their thinking of themselves as a pluralistic and ‘multi-cultural’ people?

What is multiculturalism, after all? The existence of all kinds of cultures together, or the amalgamation of various cultures to produce an uncultured khichdi? I’d argue, it’s the latter. Pluralism and syncretism are two different aspects. While the former refers to the peaceful coexistence of various cultures, the latter looks at amalgamating them. Why should a sovereign people give up their own culture, only to accept a disfigured form of various cultures, whose fundamentals are close to non-existent? The refugee crisis, and notions of multiculturalism emanating due to the same, have been an unmitigated disaster for Europe, and it was all started on the pretext of entitled Europeans thinking they could exist along with various cultures, without actually knowing the people they were opening their borders to.

While racism needs to be rightfully spoken and even protested against, a word of caution for Europeans would be to not mirror the acts of America alone and also start speaking against the sinister motives of the left. They need to realize that they, as a people, have been scammed by idealistic notions of multiculturalism, and that in reality, they are now living on borrowed time due to the same.
