The transfer of Justice Muralidhar who asked Delhi police on Wednesday to register FIR against leaders involved in making hate speeches is constantly in news. Almost every media house covered it and argued that he was transferred by the government because he used harsh words against Delhi Police and the government.
The opposition, including the Congress party, has started questioning the transfer without getting into the details of the reason behind the transfer. “BJP feared that the conspiracy of the riots will get exposed and this is the reason why the Justice Muralidhar has been transferred,” said Congress spokesperson Randeep Surjewala.
“This shows the wrong intention of the government who is trying to shield the accused and will go to any extent to save them but our judiciary is on the pilars of Satyamev Jayate, the truth will prevail at the end,” he added.
However, later it came out that the transfer was decided by the Supreme Court collegium itself, on February 12, almost two weeks before the court hearing in anti-CAA riots happened.

Check the attached documents. That said, Govt’s only focus should be to restore peace in Delhi,” tweeted journalist Aditya Raj Kaul.

However, ignoring these hard facts, Rahul Gandhi insinuated about the murder of Judge Loya and tweeted, “Remembering the brave Judge Loya, who wasn’t transferred.”

However, the Congress party and the left-liberal media ecosystem continued to peddle its agenda, and blamed the government for the transfer, and also argued that judiciary of the country is compromised.

Swati Chaturvedi also raised question over the transfer and argued that Modi government’s intention is to support violent hate-mongering and that’s why it got Justice Murlidhar transferred. “Justice Murlidhar’s midnight transfer signals the Modi government’s clear intention to continue to support violent hate-mongering,” she tweeted.

This shows that the Congress party and the left-liberal ecosystem could go to any extent to defame BJP. The ultimate agenda is to blame it all on the government, even if requires spreading fake news. However, the fact-checker websites like Alt News are still busy in exposing the right-wing media houses and the twitter handle of BJP leaders, instead of exposing the real devil, who resort to fake news to blame the people who are against their ideology.
