Javed Akhtar turns into an entitled bully on Twitter

Notorious intellectual cum lyricist, Javed Akhtar, is back into the limelight, and for exactly the same reasons as before. Always the first to come to the rescue of the left liberals, Javed resorted to schoolroom bullying on Twitter as he abused and heckled a user for having dared to object against the illogical and insensitive rants of another notorious left liberal, Ramchandra Guha.

It all started when Ramchandra Guha, as usual, posted another of his rants against the Modi government, citing a quote of his beloved ‘lord’, Jawahar Lal Nehru, as shown below:-

"I do not want India to be a country in which millions of people say 'yes' to one man. I want a strong opposition".
Thus Jawaharlal Nehru, speaking in 1950, the year the Republic was founded.

— Ramachandra Guha (@Ram_Guha) January 26, 2019

Needless to say, he was trolled massively by many users, including Gorakh Nath Chaubey, who gave a courteous yet bold reply as follows:-

https://twitter.com/Gorakh22/status/1089358027671699456

This was the tweet which did not go down well with our beloved Javed Akhtar, who expressed his ‘anguish’ through the following tweet:-

You creep , you are not even worth a speck of dust on a shoe of a scholar like Mr Guha . How dare you be so rude . Apni auqat mein raho .

— Javed Akhtar (@Javedakhtarjadu) January 27, 2019

Is this the way you respond to dissent Mr. Javed Akhtar? Oh wait; this is exactly the way he responds. This is not the first time that Javed Akhtar has responded so rudely to anyone objecting the left liberal propaganda. Of late, he is now known more for his schoolroom bullying tactics on Twitter rather than his intellect. We don’t need no rocket science to understand how arrogant Javed Akhtar has been, and history is replete with various incidents that expose his arrogant mindset.

Do we need to remind you who called sports persons like the Phogat Sisters, Yogeshwar Dutt, Virendra Sehwag etc, ‘half educated’ when they criticized Gurmehar Kaur for her arrogant propaganda against ABVP? Are we that dumb that we have forgotten how Javed Akhtar responded to people who objected to the propaganda that he peddled?  Even when he tried to vilify the venerable revolutionary Vinayak Damodar Savarkar, he unsuccessfully tried to hide the association of his own ancestors with getting Savarkar released from the dreaded Cellular Jail:-

Now this is poetic. Javed Akhtar took a pot shot at Savarkar by claiming Savarkar wrote a mercy petition to Britishers to escape Kala Pani. Turns out Akhtar's great grand father Moulvi Fazle Haq Khairabadi did the same. Thanks @DriverRamudu for the input https://t.co/v1k84eiDZZ https://t.co/tG6hvm5f3C

— Vikas Saraswat (@VikasSaraswat) November 11, 2018

He is probably still living in the UPA hangover that the left liberals are still not able to get over with; where they could speak anything they want and get away with it.

Coming back to his present tweet, Javed Akhtar’s arrogant response was duly met with brickbats, with most users on the social media site mocking him massively for his illiberal approach to dissent. Twitter user ‘The Skin Doctor’ responded in a polite but firm manner to Javed, as follows:-

Very famous sanskrit saying,

"विद्या ददाति विनय।"

With knowledge comes humbleness.

Javed Akhtar, you are anything but humble. You are arrogant. Nobody gives a rat's ass to your education or scholar degrees if you aren't humble about it.

— THE SKIN DOCTOR (@theskindoctor13) January 27, 2019

Others echoed the same sentiment as they trolled Javed for being so haughty and showing attitude, as shown below:-

https://twitter.com/LovAmit/status/1089400612528185344

— Dr.Ekta Sharma (@Ekta_79) January 27, 2019

https://twitter.com/das_prashant777/status/1089554122200834048

Even in the tweet addressed to Mr. Guha, Gorakh Nath Chaubey was anything but rude. However, the way he was abused by Javed Akhtar only exposed the illiberal mindset of these left liberals who would otherwise not waste a moment in ranting about the rampant intolerance rising in this country. This case is nothing more than a classic example of the pot calling the kettle black. We appreciate the stance of Gorakh Nath Chaubey, and hope that such dissenters continue to rattle and expose the actual arrogance of these so called liberals.
