On Sunday, the senior BJP leader and Minister for Road Transport & Highways, Shipping and Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation, Nitin Gadkari, in a series of tweets refuted malicious reports directed at creating wage between him and the BJP leadership.
Nitin Gadkari tweeted, “In the last few days, I have noticed a sinister campaign by some opposition parties and a section of the media to twist my statements and use them out of context and draw politically motivated inferences to malign me and my party.”

He further added, “I have time and again strongly refuted such insinuations and once again condemn all these malafide and mischievous out of context reports attributed to me.”

The senior BJP leader concluded by saying, “Let me make it clear once and for all that conspiracies to create a wedge between me and the BJP leadership will never succeed. I have been clarifying my position at various forums and shall continue to do so and expose these nefarious designs of our detractors.”

The aforementioned statements made by Nitin Gadkari are in the context of agenda peddled by the group- 160 believers. From the past few months, people affiliated to Lutyens’ cabal have been running a sinister agenda that in 2019 general elections if the BJP gets around less than 200 seats then the consensus candidate for the post of the PM would be the ‘favourite’ of the ‘dominant coalition’. This dominant coalition would support such a person who would be favorable to their establishment and agenda. There have been also reports which state, “if the RSS decided to replace Modi as the prime minister for any reason, it would choose Gadkari to take his place.” There were reports which suggested that PM Modi has no equation with RSS, but Gadkari has a great one. Left-liberal cabal believes that Modi represents the communal approach whereas Gadkari is not as communal and that’s why they would prefer him over Modi.
However, with his latest statement, Nitin Gadkari seems to have demolished the entire nefarious agenda of the Lutyens’ cabal. Earlier, Sushma Swaraj’s decision to not contest 2019 Lok Sabha elections has laid rest to the rumors of potential challengers against PM Modi within the party. Sushma Swaraj is one of the favourite candidates of the dominant coalition for the post of next PM because of her secular credentials. During Tanvi Seth passport row, Lutyens’ Media and dominant coalition strongly supported Sushma Swaraj.
First, the decision of Sushma Swaraj to not to contest 2019 Lok Sabha elections and now Nitin Gadkari’s statement stating that all the conspiracies directed to create a wedge between him and the BJP leadership will never succeed lays waste the entire propaganda campaign of the Lutyens’ cabal to prop them as a challenger to PM Modi.
Gadkari’s statement has come after a doctored clip of his interview was shared by Vinod Dua which gave the impression that Gadkari spoke against the Modi government.
The video suggested that Gadkari is opposed to the incumbent government and blames his own government for stalled projects. However, later on, the office of Nitin Gadkari released a genuine video clip while Gadkari also made a series of statements on Twitter refuting the nefarious agenda of the cabal.
