In the year 2005, a man Sohrabuddin Sheik was shot down by a group of policemen in Gujarat. The police claimed that Sohrabuddin had an association with Lashkar-e-Taiba and also the ISI. According to the police, he was planning a communal chaos in the state of Gujarat and assassination of an important political leader. It was claimed that the encounter of Sohrabuddin was a fake one and the home minister of the state Amit Shah directed the killing of Sohrabuddin, his wife and of Tulsiram Prajapati, the witness to the incident. The case was later investigated by the CBI. Justice Brijmohan Harikishan Loya was the CBI Special Judge in the Sohrabuddin encounter case. He passed away on December 1st,2014 while attending a wedding. The case was still under trial when Justice BH Loya died. The cause of death was a cardiac arrest.
The family of Justice Loya had earlier accused a foul play but all allegations were ruled out later and Anuj Loya, the son of Justice Loya himself claimed that his father died of natural causes. Recently after the press conference of the Supreme Court Judges against the CJI, the case of Justice Loya’s death is back in the news.
Since the case involves the BJP President Amit Shah, the Anti-BJP brigade have started creating an unpleasant situation by constantly harassing the family over the issue of Justice Loya’s death. Even though the family is clear about his death being a natural one, the media and other Anti-BJP elements have continuously been trying to prove that the death of Justice Loya was not natural and the BJP is to be blamed for it. The son of Late Justice Loya, Anuj Loya held a press conference on January 14th, 2018 talking about the cause of his father’s sudden death and that his family should not be bothered unnecessarily just for political benefits.

The family has requested the media, lawyers and the NGOs to stay away from them and to stop harassing them as they no longer have any suspicion over the death of Justice Loya. The Left Liberals have not stopped even now. They are now claiming that Anuj, the son of Justice Loya is not telling the truth and he is being pressurized by the government to talk like that in front of the media. The left liberals have clearly not understood that Anuj and his family wants to be left alone.
The Twitter reactions of prominent media persons and leftist liberals such as Rajdeep Sardesai, Kavita Krishnan, Hartosh Singh Bal and few others after the Press Conference are enough to understand that they simply disregarded the honest pleas of the Loya family and will continue to do exactly what the Loya family is asking them not to do – That is to gain political benefits out of the death of the natural death of Justice Loya.

The media is losing morality as they have been trying to prove something that never really happened. The cause of death of Justice Loya was natural, still the paid media has been hellbent on proving that there is something else to the matter. The Anti-Modi ecosystem that consists of the opposition, media, eminent intellectuals and a few NGOs are trying to convert the case of a natural death into a murder case just to dent the image of Modi and Amit Shah.
The harassment of family of late Justice Loya is simply unacceptable. The loss of the family is being used by these political vultures for their political and personal gains. It must not be forgotten that the Anti-BJP brigade can stoop down to any level for their vested interests.
