When Narendra Modi refused to comment much on the Kashmir issue, both during the Lok Sabha elections and the State Assembly elections in 2014, the so called intellectual class at the helm of the affairs mistook it for his affinity to the Kashmiriyat policy initiated by his mentor and his predecessor, Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
Today, if anyone of the esteemed intellectual club from Lutyens Delhi remembers what Narendra Modi used to say about Kashmir, they would be regretting from their hearts for severely underestimating the man, who is now directing the new Kashmir Policy, straight, undiplomatic and ruthless.
Ever since two BSF troopers, a JCO & a Havaldar respectively were brutally mutilated by Border Action terrorists from Pakistan, the Central Government, as well as the Indian Armed Forces, has switched their gears from passive to active mode. Assisted by famous National Security Adviser [and a warrior of his own class], Ajit Doval, the government has now sent an ultimatum to the men at work, this winter should be the last for the terrorists lurking in the Kashmir Valley, aided by an apparently hostile cordon of five districts, ranging from Srinagar to Kulgam. In the words of the Game of Thrones serial, ‘Winter is Coming’ for Islamic Terrorism.
More than 4000 soldiers have been dispatched to Kashmir Valley, especially for protecting the inbound Amarnath Yatra pilgrims. They have been instructed clearly: Stop or ELIMINATE! Nothing more, nothing less. If the sources are correct, almost all the armed units of Indian forces in Kashmir have taken a vow to eliminate all the terrorists by the end of December this year. If all goes well, we don’t know of a Congress Mukt Bharat, but going by the current performance of the Indian armed forces, a Terrorist Mukt Kashmir might become a reality soon.
The task has begun, and has begun well. In only the last 4 days, i.e. 96 hours, more than 13 terrorists have been dispatched to hell by our security forces, led chiefly by Indian Army. From Sambal to Uri, from Krishna Ghati to Naushera, there is no place where the terrorists haven’t infiltrated and the armed forces haven’t shot them down.
Here a few hard facts that shall remove the clouds of doubts from your minds about the same:-
In a photo of the so called young, ‘misguided’ leaders of the dreaded terror outfit Hizbul Mujahideen soldiers, which also features the slain leader Burhan Muzaffar Wani, has almost the entire cordon wiped out. A solid proof of the same is the encounter of dreaded terror kingpin Sabzar Ahmed Bhat, who in an aggressive campaign on 28th May, was brought down by the armed forces.

As of now, over 13 soldiers of the Border Action Team from Pakistan, well notorious for their brutal mutilation of Indian soldiers in gross violation of the Geneva Convention, were brazenly shot down. Add to that, at least more than 50 terrorists, as per the records, have been shot down and at least 20 folks arrested alive by the armed forces, be it Indian Army or the joint forces of BSF, CRPF & J&K Police
For the first time, the terrorists are shot down at the entrance of the military camps itself, like the brave sentries did at the CRPF camp at Sambal. None of the four intruders could breach their wall of spraying bullets.
Ever since the armed forces have been given a free hand, the stone pelting incidents have been controlled to a large extent. It’s not that they don’t exist now; they’re just not as frequent as before. Also, the casualties on armed forces have been brought down by a large margin. Naib Subedar Paramjit Singh must be smiling in relief in heaven, and celebrating with Havaldar Prem Sagar right now.
This is not all. The chiefs of all the armed forces are rewarding their heroes well, in a significant deviation from their stance in the 90s, where the forces suffered for doing the right job. From rewarding Major Nitin Leetul Gogoi with the COAS Commendation Card and Badge for his out of the box solutions in stopping the insurgency in Kashmir Valley, to giving a free hand to the armed forces for successful retaliation, the chief of Army Staff primarily is giving nightmares to the so called intellectual brigade, for whom the Indian Army killing the terrorists aiming to attack us is a huge sin. No matter how much they howl and bleed, their cries will not be heard anymore. We’ve had enough of that already.
Besides, Narendra Modi is setting a trap silently for the alleged sympathizers of such terrorists, like they did with the head of NDTV news channel, for his alleged financial corruption, and the subsequent crackdown on terror funding by a joint force of CBI & NIA officials. This serves right on those traitors, who in the name of human rights, anoint terrorists with tags of ‘poor headmaster’s son’, ‘misguided youth’, ‘spurned lovers’ and what not. In short, the fault is also ours, and we shouldn’t retaliate either. What sort of double standards will we tolerate, and for how long?
Call it what you want, but this time, it’s the Indians who shall do the talking.
With Narendra Modi as PM, Ajit Doval as NSA, and the Indian Army in action, I doubt if the terrorists in Kashmir Valley will survive even till December.
After all, as Sherlock says, The GAME is ON!
