Et tu Brute?
There are many times we have heard this line in terms of backstabbing, haven’t we? How often have we imagined the shock on the face of Julius Caesar’s face on being stabbed by Brutus, once his best friend and close ally, close enough to what Bahubali would’ve felt after being stabbed by Katappa?
However, it seems one took this notorious trait as a threat to their supremacy, and decided to play even dirtier, by not just betraying a person, but the entire nation. From the Partition, to almost selling out the Siachen to Pakistan, there’s no end to their shameless skills of backstabbing.
That’s however, Indian National Congress for you.
Shamelessly stabbing India’s prestige since 1945, the latest addition of a feather in their notorious cap is the expose of their appointment of Khawar Qureshi, a UK based Pakistani lawyer for fighting their case, when Dr Manmohan Singh was in power, in 2004.
Now who is Khawar Qureshi? He’s an advocate based in London, UK, with roots from Pakistan. He is the same guy who vociferously defended Pakistan with respect to their arbitrary execution sentence imposed on ex Indian Navy commander, Kulbhushan Jadhav, allegedly abducted for vested interests.
Yes, Khawar Qureshi was actually appointed as an advocate for the UPA government in 2004.
According to a sensational expose by WION news, with reference to the 2004 edition of a legal magazine, Mr. Khawar Qureshi was appointed by UPA as soon as they came into power, overlooking an entire cordon of Indian advocates, with a much better and practical record than him, just to fight a case against Enron, with respect to the controversial Dabhol power project.
It looks as if Congress took the utopian idea of Aman ki Aasha rather too seriously. Or was it because Congress needed better musclemen to stay in power?
Either way, if true, this appointment is not only callous, but a huge mockery in the face of national security. But I forget, this is the same Congress party, who shed copious tears on the death of terrorists in Batla Encounter Case, mocking the bravery shown by martyred Inspector Mohan Chand Sharma, and paving way generously for one of the prime accused of the terror gang, Bada Sajid, to escape India and join ISIS.
Fun fact, the Congress is also the party who invented the fantastic utopia of saffron terror and held RSS responsible for 26/11. So appointing Khawar as a personal advocate for an important case, who desperately wanted Kulbhushan Jadhav to be hanged, is just a daily routine for these shameless morons.
This is not all. Notorious spokesperson of Congress, Abhishek Manu Singhvi shamelessly defended the decision with the following offensive tweet:-

To speak the truth, this expose only ensures a fact; unless we Indians are absolutely thankless to those who expose the folks dirtying our nation, we should make sure that such parties never ever come back to power. Or else, be prepared for the nightmare of an Islamic oppressed India to come true, right on your face.
