Almost all (pseudo)liberals, (pseudo)intellectuals and (pseudo)seculars have a common understanding that lack of opportunities/job/discrimination/injustice/racism put the base of terrorism. As this is the era of Open Letters, I thought to write a letter to a terrorist/wannabe revolutionary/ brainwashed mind.
Mr. Killer,
I come from a state called Bihar. You might have heard about it. If anything called “lack of opportunities” exist on earth, Bihar is the epitome. You want to see oppression/political dancing/lack of basic facilities- come to Bihar. No, I’m not portraying me or my state as a victim, I’m just trying to relate the so-called theory of “lack of opportunities” and if you do understand this, then read the next sentence.
WE DO NOT BECOME TERRORISTS.
We, people from Bihar face discrimination in other states in-spite of Article 19(e) and possessing the same nationality. What has happened and happens in Maharashtra with a Bihari, I think you would be aware of that. I am very fortunate to be in Bangalore and got friends all over here but we do encounter racism sometimes and believe me, it hurts a lot. You know what:WE DO NOT BECOME TERRORISTS.
The golden heritage which we have is this is the state which gave the first President, which was deciding the politics of India from Patliputra since the time of Ashok and Chandragupta Maurya, from where Gandhi started the Champaran Satyagraha movement, Aryabhatt, Veer Kunwar Singh, Jayprakash Narayan which challenged and destroyed Congress and Indira from Patna and many such stories……and look where are we now…. You know when Modi was announcing the money at the political campaign, some were happy/some were sad but a self-respected Bihari was getting hurt, not because of the aid which was getting offered but because of the situation which led to the need for this. So, what do we do…

So, next is WHAT DO WE DO?
We read, we play, we act, we work and we keep-up the hope that it’s going to be changed someday. Coming to the current situation, go and read (if you can as you’ve chosen arms at the age of pen/bat/football) that how many incumbent IAS officers are there in India from Bihar. Go and check the number of IITIANS/ CIVIL SERVANTS/DOCTORS getting selected every year from there.
And do not get it wrong, this is not state specific. Every state has its own share of issues. U.P. is no different than Bihar. Go and read who is the incumbent Director of CBI, who is the Principal secretary of India, which is the Cabinet Secretary of India, especially who is the National Security Adviser whose name scares you people a lot, go and find out from which cadre they came and then realize lack of opportunities didn’t stop them. These are the names which are running the country. Forget about those, I’m sure you must have heard about Dhoni, Manoj Vajpayee and list will go on.
Of course, you will find rickshaw wala, dhobi, golgappe wala, labourer as well but you will hardly find a beggar and specific to the topic…listen Mr. killer,

Did you ever ask or check what your Master’s relatives-sons/daughters do? Do they become suicide bomber? No, they don’t. They will live in abroad living a very fancy life and here you are getting brainwashed.
So, your excuse of lack of opportunities and other shits do not qualify. THERE CAN’T BE A SINGLE REASON WHICH CAN JUSTIFY THE ACT OF KILLING INNOCENTS. YES, YOU HEARD/READ IT RIGHT.
You can be among any of a common citizen. Join politics, join services, read, play, earn, make girlfriend, watch movies, watch Cricket, pay your taxes and that’s enough and there are a hell lot of things you could have done instead of making the sin again and again of killing innocents. The people you kill, some of them might have got his/her first salary and could have been treating his parents/friends. Some of them might have taken their children to a park for the first time. Some cool guy must have been proposing to a future wife. Some might be discussing Game of Thrones and would be waiting eagerly for the next season to come. And you destroy all this because of the shit in your head.
And you know what every right-thinking silent common man thinks about you:
YOU’RE A COWARD. YOU’RE SICK. YOU’RE AFRAID TO TAKE CHALLENGES. YOU CAN’T BE A HERO. LET MEDIA AND PSEUDO INTELLECTUALS MAKE A HERO OF YOU, FOR US….
YOU DESERVE THE BULLETS OF OUR ARMED FORCES AND YOU’LL KEEP ON GETTING IT.
