Malda Riots: A product of Minority Appeasement and Lawlessness in West Bengal

There’s an age old saying about Las Vegas, “What happens in Vegas, Stays in Vegas.” Unfortunately for us, our dear lady, Mamata Banerjee has taken the axiom far too seriously and just as an icing on the cake, given it a nice little Islamist color and enforced it in full measure in West Bengal. Malda Riots is a recent example of it.

The lawlessness in West Bengal under Mamata Banerjee has reached mythical proportions. If Lalu’s reign in Bihar is dubbed ‘Jungle Raj’, Mamata’s reign is nothing short of Danga Raj. We are aware of what happened with Tuktuki Mondal and how Derek O’Brien, TMC MP, shamelessly tried to cover it up as a ‘Sanghi Conspiracy.’ Not too long ago in Malda, a women’s football match had to be canceled after a Fatwa was issued by Islamic Clerics that Women’s football is apparently unIslamic. We are of course aware of Mamata Banerjee’s links with the Islamist group which had attacked Taslima Nasreen. And of course we are aware about all the allegations of Mamata Banerjee’s TMC funding Bangladeshi terrorist group Jamaat-e-Islami from the money they had siphoned off during the Saradha Scam. It’s insane how much the situation in West Bengal has worsened over the years. One would have imagined the reign of the Left was the worst thing that could have happened to our West Bengal but Mamata Banerjee decided to just surprise us a little.

Malda Riots: An outcome of minority appeasement?

Minority appeasement in Mamata’s West Bengal has reached a whole new level. It has reached such insane levels that the Visarjan of the Idol on the last day of the Durga Pujo was postponed to the next day because the occasion of Vijaya Dashami and Eid clashed and Islamist Groups demanded that the Visarjan be postponed and our dear old Mamata Banerjee happily agreed to their pathetic demands. At the altar of Minority Appeasement, the virtue of conviction and sanity has been merrily sacrificed.

Malda Riots: An outcome of demographic shift?

The demographic shift in the districts bordering Bangladesh is remarkable. Illegal Immigration has been a serious issue for West Bengal and Assam for a while now. The Cachar district of Assam and certain other areas have undergone a major demographic shift over the years and natives of the state have become highly frustrated and discontent with the establishment. What is seriously bewildering is no such thing is observed in West Bengal itself. The population of Kolkata, blissfully unaware of the monstrosities being inflicted on the rural Hindu Population by Islamist bigots are still swooning over the delusions of Communism and Liberalism. Meanwhile, the Islamists are running riot in the rural districts making a mockery of the Law and Order of the country.

Malda Riots is not a symptom but a disease that is gripping the world, the disease of Islamism. Islamists do not respect our Nation, they do not respect our National Anthem, they do not respect our Ethics and our Moral Principles, we are just Kaafirs in their eyes. And yet, and yet, here is the greatest irony, they still get to vote, they still get to decide the policies of our country, they still get to vote Rabid Islamists who share their vicious hatemongering ideology to Power and as long as it helps them stay in power, Politicians are more than willing to accommodate their morbid hatred of the pluralism that symbolizes our nation.

Malda Riots and the silence of Media

What is astonishing is the extent to which the Mainstream Media will go to cover up such rabid Islamism and attack on the very ethics of our constitution. When our police stations are being attacked, our policemen injured, their vehicles attacked, Hindu Women molested severely, the BDO Office at Kaliachak attacked, bombs fired at will and all that the media can talk about is an attention grabbing party which thrives off attention and petty politics and their latest lovechild which goes by the name of Odd Even Plan. What a travesty of the ethos of journalism! It’s a cover up of massive proportions and a disgrace to the ethos of our great nation. We have the counterparts of ISIS in our midst and the media decides Odd-Even Plan which is failing pitifully at curbing Pollution is more worthy of attention. Dear Barkha Dutt, Rajdeep Sardesai, Sagarika Ghose, Rana Ayyub, if people call you presstitutes, it’s because of a very good reason. It’s because you have sold your integrity to the forces which seek to destroy us.

Malda Riots and the silence of anti-intolerance liberals

And just where are the Liberals, the self proclaimed beacons of Tolerance now? A lynching in Dadri the cause of which is still murky was quickly and eagerly painted as Hindu Terrorism and when our women are being molested, our Policemen are being attacked, all they are capable of is deafening silence? That deafening silence which has become the hallmark of the Islamist Apologia that members of the Regressive Left harbor in their hearts. The real tragedy is the advocates for Free Speech and Liberty are the very people who have become the pall bearers of the very essence of Liberalism.

Trinamool leader Mojahar Hossein and Congress MLA, Sabina Yeasmin had profound insights about the Malda Riots, dubbing them ‘Most Unfortunate.’ Most Unfortunate? Really? ‘Most Unfortunate’. Is that the best you are capable of? How about you pitch for the assertion of the authority of the Indian Constitution on the land? How about you demand that the Chief Minister of the State take strict action against those openly promoting and indulging in Communal Riots? How about you demand that the victims get the Justice they so richly deserve. But oh no! That won’t get you the votes you so desperately seek! And the victims, most unfortunately, belong to the ‘wrong religion.’ You know what’s unfortunate? That we have to suffer the likes of you in our midst. That the entire Liberal Ecosystem prevents the Islamists from being prosecuted. That the Liberals pay midnight visits to the Supreme Court to save a terrorist who slaughtered our countrymen. That the great land of Bengal is being overrun by Islamists. That is what’s most unfortunate. That is indeed what’s most unfortunate.

What people of West Bengal should learn from Malda Riots?

People of West Bengal need to wake up to the Cancer that’s destroying our Country. West Bengal is the land of Swami Vivekananda, the Great Sadhak Bamakhyapa, Paramhansa Ramakrishna, Maa Sarada and it’s terribly sad to witness the remarkable degression that this great land of ours is being forced through. One can only hope against hope that this insanity will pass and the Vision that our Founding Fathers dreamt of Pluralism and Unity in Diversity will one day be realized.

Latest Update: A similar riot has been reported in Purnea, Bihar
