The entire Opposition, led mainly by the Congress party and Rahul Gandhi, is desperately trying to create unrest in the country as they continue to fail in winning the trust of Indian voters through democratic means. From hate campaigns to misinformation drives, nothing has worked in their favor. Congress even launched its “vote chori” campaign, banking on fake data and propaganda, but it collapsed under the weight of its own lies. The irony, however, is that while the Congress party is failing to inspire confidence within India, voices from neighboring Nepal are praising Prime Minister Narendra Modi. At a time when Nepal is witnessing massive anti-corruption protests, young protesters particularly Gen Z are openly saying they want a leader like Modi to transform their country. This remarkable endorsement has become a Burnol moment for the Opposition, which is left frustrated as their dream of creating unrest in India remains just that a dream.
Nepal’s Gen Z Calls for a Modi-Like Leader
Nepal is in turmoil. Angry demonstrations have erupted across the Himalayan nation, triggered by alleged corruption, political instability, and even restrictions on social media, which have now been lifted. The unrest has grown so severe that Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli was forced to resign after protesters set fire to the Parliament, the President’s office, government buildings, and even the residences of senior political leaders. Amidst this chaos, a viral video of a Nepali youth praising Narendra Modi has captured regional attention. Speaking to NDTV, the young protester said bluntly: “We need a government like Modi here. If we had a leader like Modi, Nepal would have been the world’s top country.”
This sentiment is not isolated. It represents the frustration of Nepal’s youth with their political class, and their admiration for India’s stable leadership under Modi. For them, Modi represents vision, conviction, and delivery traits they find lacking in their own leaders.

Congress spends obscene amounts of money projecting Rahul Gandhi as a Gen Z “sex symbol” — with silly reels of him flaunting his abs, riding bikes, doing push-ups, or diving around.
But the reality is stark: Gen Z in Nepal, like in India, aspires for a leader like PM Modi,… pic.twitter.com/yIrS0n4ANW

Modi’s Global Appeal vs Congress’s Failure
While Nepali youth aspire for Modi-like governance, Congress continues to project Rahul Gandhi as a Gen Z leader through gimmicks. BJP IT Cell chief Amit Malviya sharply exposed this contrast, saying, “Congress spends obscene amounts of money projecting Rahul Gandhi as a Gen Z ‘sex symbol’ with silly reels of him flaunting his abs, riding bikes, doing push-ups, or diving around. But the reality is stark: Gen Z in Nepal, like in India, aspires for a leader like PM Modi, someone with vision, conviction, and the ability to deliver.”
This clear distinction highlights the futility of Congress’s politics. Despite years of effort, the Opposition has failed to build any credible alternative to Modi, while his leadership continues to resonate far beyond India’s borders.
Failed Dreams of Regime Change
Congress and its allies have repeatedly attempted to destabilize the Modi government through manufactured controversies and campaigns. From “vote chori” slogans to anti-CAA propaganda, their every move has been based on spreading confusion. Yet, each attempt has collapsed in the face of Modi’s credibility and popular support.
Meanwhile, Nepal’s praise for Modi has exposed the Opposition’s hollow politics. If even India’s neighbors, facing political crises, wish for Modi-like leadership, then the Opposition’s hope of creating unrest in India is nothing but wishful thinking. In fact, this is not the first time such admiration has emerged. In Pakistan and Sri Lanka too, citizens have voiced their desire for a strong leader like Modi. Each such moment is another reminder that the Congress party’s dream of regime change through chaos is nothing but a mirage.

Opposition’s Nightmare, Modi’s Enduring Legacy
The Congress party and its allies are running out of options. Having failed at the ballot box, they are now clinging to disruptive campaigns that do not resonate with the public. But the truth is simple people want stability, vision, and governance, not chaos. The admiration expressed by Nepal’s youth is proof of Modi’s enduring global impact, and it underscores how far ahead India’s leadership stands compared to its neighbors. For the Opposition, the dream of unseating Modi through unrest will always remain just that a dream. For Modi, the endorsement of not just Indians but also Nepalese youth is a testament to his vision of leadership that inspires beyond borders.
