Imagine you walking down the road and a fruit seller is shouting ‘Mangoes or Apples’ from behind. According to schema theory you will not imagine real mangoes or apples but the one you had seen in your first grade book. This is a very common example that shows how we get preoccupied without noticing. However, there is nothing wrong with pre occupation until it becomes a base for hatred.
When liberalisation took over the entire west and its ripple effect was seen across the world, its most attractive feature was breaking away from the preoccupation. But centuries down the line, when the world is seeing domination of liberal values, its followers are the ones who have detrimental views and forgot to break the shackles of preoccupation.
Now leave apples and mangoes to come to something important rather a pressing example— The cow urine in India. Recently, IIT Madras Director Prof V Kamakoti during a Pongal event said that he met a man who was ill and was cured by cow urine. He was targeted by the obedient followers of leftist tradition.
A couple of days later, Kamakoti refused to bow down to mounting coercion from the free speech ideologues and presented international journals citing the anti-fungal, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory qualities of cow urine. The same can be repeated over and over to justify what Kamkoti said but that will be of no good because the problem is not the medicinal qualities in urine but a preoccupation of the critics about cow urine being holy for Hindus, which, in turn, is fostered by their mental slavery to colonial masters.
First and foremost, the critics must revisit their ideological values of free speech and right to practice one’s religion. The protest could have been justified if Kamakoti was imposing his idea on others, which is not the case. So at the outset, the criticism by DMK and their followers is against the very values and principles they claim to espouse.
It was echoed by BJP Tamil Nadu President Annamalai. Speaking with news agency PTI, Annamalai said, “It’s unfortunate that our Chennai IIT Director, who is a very decorated person, who is an expert in AI, quantum computing, he chose to follow his dharma. He chose to pray to god in his own way. That is being politicised by a group of students union. Everybody has the right to practise his religion. I urge them to stop the protest, respect the sanctity of the institution. IIT Chennai is not only the pride of Chennai but the entire country.”

Given this, the protest of the students of one of the most prestigious Institute indicated two things— the students are either trying to politice the matter because of their mental preoccupation or their mental faculty is not fully developed. While the latter case is less likely, the former seems to be the real case.
Having said that, it must also be noted that Kamakoti quoted science journals highlighting medical benefits of cow urine. Now those criticising him on the scientific base are no less than a clown because it is science that considers everything on earth as a resource.
It is science which is not guided by pre-occupation but facts. In ancient Chinese medicine, elephant dung was used for therapeutic use. In fact camel urine is scientifically proven to be anti-diabetic among other medicinal qualities.
Leaving gelatin and other animal products used in modern medicine, there is an entire surgery to transplant feces into the patient’s body. Fecal microbiota transplantation where the feces of a donor is transplanted into the intestinal tract to treat potentially fatal conditions will be happily pursued by these protestors, DMK or even Udhayanidhi Stalin if they were to rescue their own lives from such disease.
So the question that arises here is if the cow urine is used for its medicinal quality by a reputed pharma company to manufacture pills, will there be similar protests against its use. Well I doubt that.
Therefore, those championing the science behind their decapitated criticism are not scientific believers, rather they are a bunch of hate mongers who just see Hindu identity of a person while targeting him. There is no doubt about the medicinal quality of cow urine, it’s just that the mentally colonialised people need a western imposition to accept something and as Kamakoti has quoted journals, the west is realising the benefits and researching on it which will possibly make these protesters and critics look clowns. Its just a matter of time these pseudo scientific temperament creatures will find no ground to stick. Their colonial masters will leave them with scientific innovation around anything that benefits humankind and these puppets will only have to follow.
