On the 12th of November, the popular design platform Canva experienced a temporary outage, leading to frustration among users who found themselves unable to access, edit, or download their designs. During the downtime, a blank screen greeted users instead of Canva’s usual interface.
Canva is a graphic design platform that allows users to create visual content for a variety of purposes: social media graphics, presentations, posters, documents, websites, marketing materials, and promotional merchandise. While Canva’s team quickly addressed the issue and restored services, they acknowledged the disruption caused.
They wrote, “We’re back up and running, and everything should be working as expected. We’re keeping a close eye on things and really appreciate your patience while we got everything back on track. Thanks for bearing with us, let’s get back to designing”
