You can now edit messages sent via WhatsApp. In a Facebook post, Mark stated that WhatsApp will now support 15-minute message editing.

However, WhatsApp has introduced the WhatsApp edit feature under certain restrictions. It means that you will be able to edit the incorrect WhatsApp message within 15 minutes of sending it. The message cannot be edited after this point. You must in this case delete the incorrect message.

Currently this feature has been launched. But the WhatsApp edit feature will be made available to all users in a phased manner in the coming days. Along with spelling mistakes in WhatsApp messages, new text can also be added to them.
