After two continuous flop movies, Aamir is now not able to think properly. His last successful movie Dangal was in 2016. It collected a total of 2000 crores worldwide including 386 crores in India and 1300 crores in China. But his last two movies were flop and disasters and Laal Singh Chaddha failed to even cross the 150-crore mark in worldwide collections.
Why is he not accepting the truth?
Laal Singh Chaddha has exposed Aamir Khan completely. Despite a big budget and extensive promotion, the movie got bashed brutally at the box office. And from his reaction, he clearly didn’t expect that. Aamir was so confident that before the official release he swore his movie would not come on any OTT platform until next 6 months.
But after the tiny box office collection, on one fine night Aamir quietly released his movie on the Netflix OTT platform in less than two months of the release. Even there, people refused to watch his film.
It is clear that people do not like his works anymore. The audience is accusing him of the same kind of acting in most of his films. Even his PR team couldn’t help him with the Laal Singh Chaddha flop.
Kartik Aaryan is better liked by the audience
The audience is refusing him but Aamir is forcing himself on the audience. That is the truth he should accept. Aamir is not Kartik Aaryan, whom the audience loves and blesses with good box office collections.
Kartik is doing 200+ Cr business with his films. Even during the post Covid time, when people were hesitating to come to the theatres, his movies did pretty well. Even his average movies are doing good business not only in theatre but on OTT as well. After replacing Akshay Kumar from Bhool Bhulaiyaa he replaced him in Hera Pheri 3 too. This is simply because the audience is loving Aaryan and his work.
On other hand Aamir is not able to get any promoters and buyers because he is unable to pull the audience to the theatres.
Family Time?
Aamir, in a recent interview, said that he intended to take a break from acting at least for the next year and a half. He also added that he wants to be with his family.
Dear Aamir Khan, what family are you talking about? In 2002, Aamir Khan divorced his first wife Reena Dutta following which Reena took custody of both their children Ira khan and Junaid khan. Last year he divorced his second wife Kiran Rao too.
His daughter Ira Khan mostly lives with her boyfriend while his son Junaid Khan lives with his mother Reena. His elder brother Faisal Khan recently exposed many dark secrets about him and told the media things that clearly shows Aamir doesn’t have a good relationship with his family members.
It is now clear that Amir Khan does not have good bonding with his family. So, after divorcing both of his wives, what kind of family time does he want to spend, and with whom? If he is planning to get married a third time and plan a new family then that is a different case. God bless him.

Aamir should consider this as a suggestion. He is not a star anymore. Time comes and time goes, that is the law of nature. Aamir’s time as an actor is on the verge of ending and the audience will decide the future.
He is announcing that he is taking a break, like he is still the star and people do care about that. No, They Do Not. Amir Khan did the same last time when he took a 3-year break before Laal Singh Chaddha, after his previous flop movie Thugs of Hindostan. How that worked out for him is in front of all to see.
