The Wire at it again. Misquotes PM Modi’s statement and promotes Hindu-phobia

It seems that liberals are the antithesis of logic. In their hatred for one individual, they have lost their ability to think and analyse properly. In desperation to score brownie points, they twist, turn and falsify statements, peddle fake news, and resort to blatant Hinduphobia. Apparently, the fake news peddling site, ‘The Wire’ has run a sheer buffoonery in the name of countering PM Modi’s Mann ki baat address.

Wire attributes falsehoods to PM Modi

The fake news peddling maestro, The Wire has published a sermonising piece to showcase its oozing intellectualism. Through this propaganda piece, it has spun a false narrative around PM Modi’s statement. It has falsely attributed PM Modi, claiming that ‘Bhajans’ will reduce the burden of Malnutrition.

This article starts with a preaching tone titled, “Dear PM Modi: Good Food Will Reduce the Burden of Malnutrition, Not Bhajans”.

In the 92nd episode of 'Mann ki Baat', Prime Minister Narendra Modi said conducting bhajans can be part of the solutions to reducing malnutrition.https://t.co/5auY1vMAvZ

This portal claimed PM Modi of making an unscientific suggestion that conducting Bhajans can be a solution to reduce the menace of Malnutrition. The article quotes, “In the 92nd episode of ‘Mann ki Baat’, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said conducting bhajans and singing devotional songs can help reduce the burden of malnutrition.”

It added that pushing cultural traditions over tests and scientific procedures will prove to be “counter-productive”. It quotes, “Cultural and traditional practices are not harmful. But it is in bad faith to make them part of habits that side-line tested and approved solutions to crucial welfare issues.”

It mocked this so-called PM Modi’s claim, stating that the availability, accessibility, and affordability of high-quality food improve citizens’ nutritional and health status more than bhajans.

This propaganda piece has also alleged many scholars and scientists of calling out PM Modi for these unscientific claims on several occasions. It specifically cited the “taali, thali, and Diwali” campaign during the Covid-19 pandemic, which The Wire claimed was done to improve the health and strength of covid affected individuals.

Short-circuiting the Liar Wire

Enough with their lies and propaganda, the fact is that they have gone bonkers ever since all propagandists like them have been plugged out (routed) from the power corridors. Apparently, the portal demonstrated its anti-Hindu bias and exposed its intellectual dishonesty by levelling a social awareness campaign as a cure for the problem. PM Modi in his Mann ki Baat address highlighted several instances where communities’ unique outreach programmes have aided in the substantial reduction of malnutrition in that area.

Also Read: “Recognise Hinduphobia”: India is aggressively pushing the UN to acknowledge hate against Hindus and Indic communities

Bhajan gatherings were also used in Datia’s social awareness initiative to address the problem of malnutrition. No, not Bhajans as attributed by the propagandist, Poshan Gurus helped in eradicating malnutrition.

Further, the PMO’s tweet categorically states that social awareness plays an important role in tackling the challenges of malnutrition.

Efforts for social awareness play an important role in tackling the challenges of malnutrition.

— PMO India (@PMOIndia) August 28, 2022

This is not the only event of blatant Hinduphobia and pushing leftist-created narrative in the name of News. Quite recently, the India Today group altered the name of Ankita Singh’s murderer, Shahrukh Hussain, to a random Hindu name ‘Abhishek’ without even mentioning that the names had been changed for whatever reason they felt to do so. There are numerous other incidences of such left-wing misinformation and anti-Hindu biases of such left-linked portals. The only piece of advice to such enemies of logic is to remember the classic phrase, especially for morons, “It is better to remain silent at the risk of being thought a fool than to talk and remove all doubt of it.”
