The endgame for Mohammad Zubair begins

Zubair FIR

Mohammed Zubair, the Khalifa of disinformation, fabrication, and propaganda against Hindus on social media has now been brought to justice for his ‘social’ sin. Now the time has come for him to pay back for his successive defamatory & derogatory posts against Hindu symbols, beliefs, rituals, or identities. Taking the cognizance of the case related to his recent derogatory term, “hate mongers” against Hindu monks, UP police has started the investigation after the ‘approval’ of the Allahabad High Court.

The investigation will continue against Zubair

Owing to the same, an FIR was registered on June 1, 2022, against Mohammad Zubair at a Police Station in Khairabad, District Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh. He was booked under section 295-A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 for insulting the religion and beliefs of Hindu monks.

Seeking quashing of the FIR filed against him, a writ petition was filed by Zubair. The Counsel for Zubair argued that through his tweet he had not insulted or attempted to insult a religious belief of a class. It was also claimed that the FIR had been lodged against him just for harassment.

The court, rejecting the argument, opined that the determination on the question of fact of the case can be discerned either through proper investigation or through proper trial in the court of law when the charge sheet is submitted. Making the prima facie case of proper investigation, the court dismissed the writ petition filed by Mohammad Zubair for quashing FIR against him.

Proceeding with the Court’s order, UP Police has initiated the investigation proceedings against him and he is likely to be arrested soon.

Hindu hater Zubair

His hate against Hindus is clearly visible from his social media handles from which he continues to spread hate. His Hinduphobic statements are more derogatory, malicious, and insulting than the statement made by Nupur Sharma. Utilizing the same social media tool, through which he has caused havoc in the country, a nationalist has now started to dig his social media account from which he has made countless ‘blasphemy’ posts against the Hindu religion.

Take a look at Hιnduphobιc posts done by @zoo_bear co-founder of @AltNews, all these posts hurt the religious sentiments of Hindus and this is just an iota of his thoughts(Which he forgot to delete).

Don’t forget that he is the man who instigated bIαsphemy charges on Nupur. pic.twitter.com/5I6XAxFxrG

In one of the tweets from his social media account insulting Bajrang Bali he said “Bajrang bali ki aarti karna shuru karo, hanuman chalisa ka path karo, bandar kabhi nuksan nahin pahuchayega”.

In another tweet insulting the sacred history of Mahabharata, he said “Sanjay showing Facebook live video of Kurukshetra war of Mahabharat to Dhritarashtra”.

In one of the tweets, he tried to mock Bhagwan Ram and his kingdom by comparing it with rape culture. Replying to BJP Spokesperson Sambit Patra for his tweet on Rape law he said “Dear @Sambitswaraj, Easiest way of escaping Rape Law in RamRajya is to compare it with Lord Ram”.

Dear @sambitswaraj, Easiest way of escaping Rape Law in #RamRajya is to compare it with Lord Ram. Just like #Unnao BJP MLA said, " मेरे ऊपर तो आरोप लगा है, आरोप तो भगवान राम पर भी लगा था" https://t.co/Wl6N8jzKP7

Crossing the limit of his Hindu hate he once posted a distorted image insulting the celibacy of Hindu God Hanuman. Tweeting the post he said “Before 2014: Honeymoon Hotel, After 2014: Hanuman Hotel. #SanskariHotel.”

Before 2014 : Honeymoon Hotel
After 2014 : Hanuman Hotel. #SanskaariHotel pic.twitter.com/1ri5i3IXy8

— Mohammed Zubair (@zoo_bear) March 23, 2018

Despite knowing the fact that Hanuman Ji is worshiped as the god of celibacy. Distorting his name Hanuman with Honeymoon is a derogatory and sinful act in insulting Hindu culture.

There are hundreds of such derogatory posts which are highly outrageous and insulting to Hindus. Although he has deleted his Facebook account but his countless sins are still present on digital platforms. And, initiation of FIR and investigation has begun his endgame of Hindu hatred.
