In an interview with a private channel, he gave a direct threat to the establishment and warned them of an impending Civil war. He went on to say that the nation will go bankrupt because of the policies of the Sharif administration. He also added that the country will be disarmed and it will be denuclearised, resulting in the disintegration of Pakistan into three separate nations.

He said: “If the establishment doesn’t make the right decisions then I can assure in writing that they and the army will be destroyed because of what will become of the country if it goes bankrupt. Pakistan is going towards a default. If that happens then which institution will be (worst) hit? The army. After it is hit, what concession will be taken from us? Denuclearisation. If the right decisions aren’t made at this time then the country is going towards suicide. Indian think tanks abroad are mulling to separate Balochistan, they have plans, this is why I am putting pressure”. He added, “Pakistan will be broken in three parts”.

What is one major difference between a leader and a rogue politician? A leader is one who, even in opposition, will respect the boundaries of national sovereignty and integrity. A responsible leader in the way of opposing the government will not go to an extent that can harm the interest of the nation. Ever since the Pakistani National Assembly ousted the former PM Imran Khan, he has been crying foul and fanning sentiments against the incumbent Shehbaz Sharif government, the Pakistani deep state and the Army aka the establishment. He has been alleging the US administration for hatching the conspiracy to oust him in which the Sharif-led PML-N and other parties were involved. For that very reason, he is provoking his supporters to anyhow remove the ‘imported’ puppet regime and even threatening a Civil War.

This latest speech by Imran Khan reflects why he has been called Taliban Khan. He has been supportive of the Taliban, an armed terrorist group in the same way he is threatening the incumbent government to accept his demands or face an inevitable armed Civil war. He is a politician gone rogue, who wants to have power and doesn’t respect his nation’s integrity and sovereignty.
